this is actually sad, i've been playing this game for 11 years, and i understand things can go wrong, but in all seriousness, the crossfire, and by that i mean every installment of it, west, chinese, russian, and whatever more versions there are, is a multi-million, if not billion dollar franchise, how can you guys not hire a server specialised team to solve these issues? This version of crossfire is taking serious hits the last weeks, i'm sure some of the people that have quitted, did so with the intention of not coming back, and i dont know what kind of ' compensation ' you guys have in mind, but i hope you guys realise it will have to be more than just a free temporary vip, otherwise people will not be happy, at all. Personally these problems do not mean i will quit the game, but thats my opinion and i know some other ' og ' players have the same mindset, but we've taken some serious *poop* lately and still continued to play and spend money on this game, even when we are completely left in the dark, information-wise.
So i hope you guys realise, the longer this will take, while telling the playerbase as good as nothing, you will lose players, and those that do stay, will not be happy with a temporary vip in return for 3+ weeks of unplayable servers.

it's just embarassing that nobody of the CF West Team seem to give a damn about the current situation and if you do, tell us something about it, even if its just a statement that you still searching for the issues you can't find. There is literally no communication to us, YOUR community who is playing YOUR game. Day by day you can see the servers becoming emptier and emptier. I hope nobody is going to spend money on that game until the issues are fixed, maybe you will wake up then. -

I'm not the type of person to talk **** online. But i just got dced 2 times in last seconds of the game that i needed for my merc pass. Not to mention that it was 17 round EDM Vault.
Been a player for over 10 years now. With all the problems I had understanding. Never commented on any problems. But this is way too much now. I feel as you want your players to quit the game for some reason.

even i commented before, you didnt patch anything, treid now on sunday 21:48 in the evening german time to get the 2hours complete 1st match after 2 minutes instant auto disconnect without any error message, 2nd match i tried to join same error message like before, why you dont instant to tell something that isnt working, then instead to incease automaticly merc pass time, i paid for the premium one since i didnt achive spinning it that aluminium bat but now i could get it permanent and still same error,there are 2 ways.
1 increase time for the battle pass "merc pass (even though in every known game its called battle pass) " or you gonna give all instant max level when you cant even hold your words that "it should be fixed" and just before you gonna comment" you had other issues probably" i can play any other online game on ultra settings without any internet error just cf still got same errors so its not on my side its on yours -

The advice for those who play here is to be 40 quick, no bonus after 6 days, 6 days later or my guess is combined with br when the last pass comes. Don't worry about Br, there is a ping rate between 300 and 600.Users between 15 and 17 do not have to worry about ping and stretching even server locations such as eu delta mena Oh, and on them the Rank reward is not USP or something, the m4 sealt is purple and the box breaking rate is quite high The only thing they skipped is that there is no baton like eu in the item shop, the remaining 70% gp gun is in br We could not review much, thanks to the game. There is also the same problem -

Attention Mercenaries!
We are aware of current issues on the EU and MENA servers and are working on a fix as soon as possible.
While this fix may not arrive as soon as we like, we apologize for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, we would like to suggest that users play on our NA servers, as those are currently not experiencing those issues.
[EDIT Nov. 12] We have applied some measures to help against the issues and some of you might already see the result.
However, we are aware that there are still disconnections/issues and are working hard to resolve the issues. [EDIT END]
Once the EU and MENA servers are back to normal, we will have a compensation package prepared to make up for the issues experienced.

Yes this really not well planed to give us contracts impossible to obtain.
I would suggest them to add for mid season more contracts but this time some who are possible to obtain. -

I have the mercenary pass premium and my target is to try to get all te missions because of the 60 +1 creates.
So I really hope they fixing it and also that it is possible to find games when the fixed it, the last time they had raneked matches I wasn't able to finish the team death match because of lack of people in my ranke.
And just because the event a set up before they still could change it, I mean the server issues are since now more then 3 weeks.
I really wanted to play today with my cop and was looking forward to it now it isn't possible to reach the 60 creates today.
(and the 60 (+1) creates are stilla target to get all possible). -

Honest? Is this your excuse? You can comfortably reach level 60. I paid to get the Season Pass to get that many levels and get a lot of crates. But you arrive with yes not bad because you can comfortably get the permanent things. But of course it's bad. Okey yes you have problems with the servers. Okey the tasks have already been programmed in, I understand clearly. But then take care of a decent compensation for it. I get downgraded in the rank and can't do what I paid for. Then think of something out of people. No downrank, set the tasks for everyone as done when nobody can do them. Why should I trust you Gamemasters and Mods if they don't care about their community and they don't care about us? How am I supposed to have fun with this game without trust and say hey, I'll charge Zp if I and the others don't care? Find the bug or get decent compensation for your community.

Welcome to Z8Games Where no one cares about the game and its all about money.
As you can tell by my total post im not often here and i wont be anymore. Probably getting Forum ban after this here anyway. But this all seems to be a bad joke. Just to face some of the issues we do have as a player currently.
1. EU/MENA server down for several weeks.
2. Server are laggy as hell i die more behind a wall than anything else.
3. Hitmarkers are a joke why do you have something like that if 50% of the hits do 0% damage ?!
4. Reasonless disconnects errors and so on.
5. The ammount of hackers again wallhack aimbot spin instant kill etc.
6. and one of the hacks gets his own point couse its new to me but its one of the worst that the hacker is able to finish the game as soon he wants to
7. Paying for content that you cant play.
8. You cant even kick the hackers ?! who though that would be a great idea ?

as a excuse is the biggest joke how did that dude get a Moderator spot or is allowed to keep it ? I did pay for that and yes +/- 11 crates matter specially if you have to pay like ~9$ for that ammount of crates you are just telling me that you are throwing my money away and i shouldnt care ? Not only that i cant do some of the missions even if i try to do them i just getting several kinds of Disconnects and Errors imagine it or not but im not loving it playing a 12min TDM game mode with a horrible map to get a Error after 10 min and losing 60+ kills again for my Mission.
What is your excuse for all that problems ?
What is going to happen for the future ?
What do we get as compensation?
What about the players that really enjoy that game and spend money on it, we are the reason why you still have this job here so better be carefull what you do and how you treat us.
