Wouldn't it be wise to freeze rank points until these issues are resolved? Or setting inactivity loss to 1 single point if it couldn't be frozen? Some people had to grind for quite some time to get where they are. And I think this just makes them lose motivation to even continue with ladder grinds. People would 10/10 welcome this. -

I struggled a lot to have many points and now I lost alot for inactivity, it's not fair at all

You are aware that it's not even possible to play ranked games but you don't freeze the points or stop making us lose our ranked points. Shame.
Let's see which kind of 'compensation events' aka pay to win something you bring us after all these lost days. I like CF a lot, I've played for more than 11 years already and you're just losing players doing things this way. -
Let's add that the kick button in the rooms is not active right now, rage (300%) some invisible kamikazes in zm ranked maps deadboy mena server gives 1v1 and SD ranked 2009 error,The eu server was powered up for an hour or two and then shut down, while na and mena was in the game, the network error was recovered due to lag problem. + 6000 pings appear when logging into the eu server.I do not know when it will improve, but it is a pity that 10 people fall out of the room at the same time, regardless of which server in the game. have a nice day

Some of us have spent a lot of money in here and this is what we get in exchange. 17 days of unplayable servers, no communication nor announcements for 5 days and then we get this post written. We got no more info till yesterday. What a shame company
I just uninstalled the game. This game cares less than nothing for the community. I won't wait any longer. -

17 days and the game is unplayable for us EUs , being forced to play on NA so we don't get kicked out of the room every 1 minute on EU. What a shame. A lot of players are leaving the game and no "compensation pack" is gonna make them come back. CF coming to an end after all these years. -
When did they do their job properly? Something is always missing, something is always wrong. In ZM Rank did the same, they did not ban or ignore or ignore some of the hacking or hacking segments or they do not understand the game at all! I did not see them doing their job properly, I do not think we will see them, unfortunately. They will throw something called compensation packages and make us swallow. :mad: Do not refute your time with this finished game, go choose other current games. Somehow Gamerage was able to fix bugs in no time, you didn't. It's really funny how much you don't care about Europeans. I wonder why NA server doesn't have problems like ours. When it was still CF EU the time to correct such errors would be measured in hours, while on CFW it is already coming closer to a month.

This is the 18th day since the servers don't work no matter what rewards you give. You certainly won't convince me to start spending my money on the game again.
About 60% of players will not return after this server debacle because you have shown that you cannot fix certain bugs within a certain time frame -

There still a lot information pending to be released from your side (apart from servers situation), as other players said for example: ranked points.
Is there any info about the so called compensation package?
Hope this could be sorted out before the best event of the year (which will happen in 1 week from now). -
I don't have any news to share yet but we might have a solution very soon.
This is currently still a work in progress and all teams are working hard to provide a good fix for everyone.
Players who saw errors when trying to join matches on EU, should no longer receive those errors and be able to join matches if there are no other connection issues.

too late. way too late. the damage has already been done. the once most popular server, delta, will never EVER be even close to full again -

Keep in mind the longer CF lasts, the longer you will keep your job. When CF EU closed, not all GMs were transferred to CF West. Probably they got fired? They were moved to other games? I don't know. What will happen when CF West close too? Because one day this will happen. The sure thing is that you will not be GM in CF anymore and who knows if the company transfer or fire people?
It's your choice. Either work hard to keep people playing this stale game and keep your jobs as long you can, or let it die. People will eventually come back, but the damage is done.
