  • Im honestly gonna take my stance on this.. You all deserve this in any other game you would have gotten permanently banned for even doing this in the first place. Yes it was a issue on THEIR end because of daylight savings happening.

    BUT that does not change the fact IT IS ON YOU for even using a bug in the first place to your own advantage and EXPECTING not to get any form of punishment for even abusing it y'all should be REALLY happy its not not a perm ban.

    if this was a MMO and was some sort of dupe or major exploit? banned no questions.
    cs:go had people abuse the pass they have and people got trade banned for 1 year.

    You are completely delusional thinking you will get away with 0 punishment and think that the ban is not fair in the first place. It is a bug that is NOT intended and you abused it now you face consequences of your actions.

    From what I understand this was technically a misunderstanding. But banning players for an issue that couldn’t been resolved in a different way. But banning players that did abused the bug and took advantage of the glitch was too far. I mean sure you did state that it was an error you made. But this is beyond injust. With all do respect you have to reconsider your actions. Even for the people that did or did not abused the glitch on the day it happened. More you keep doing stuff like this and banning people for the mistake you did for not warning us not to do it. None of us would be starting a fight war right now. As much i take actions for the wrongs that I also made as well to take advantage of the glitch. I don’t agree on the decision to ban players for a misunderstanding that none of us were told not to do this or this will result in a temporary suspension. But the people who did spend 30k zp on pas And where at level 90. Yes roll back and items that where exploited did take actions but banning players for that was out
    of line and should had taken differently. Now I can’t be certain after the exploit got patch the day after it happen. But for the missions that wasn’t part of the exploit shouldn’t effect it in my saying. Other then i just want to understand yes we take actions of our consequences but ban players for the company mishap was mess up. All we ask that what ever happen on that day won’t ever happen again. I’m not siding with anyone nor I blame anyone because of what Happen. To us players we want to bring peace to the crossfire community and have this situation to be handled in a better matter. and as much I respect this I still believe this ban is still harsh in any ways matter just because of the day light saving problem that players wasn’t aware of this bug happening I just want you
    to understand that the more Facebook posts you make and comment’s people make here this war won’t end. And players will continue protesting on eider social media on how one error mistake cause a war beyond mistake. Now for myself I learn from my mistakes and it won’t ever happen again. Some might disagree for what I am saying but that’s fine. But you need to gives us a heads up next time if something like this happens again in the future or other wise more players will
    leave this game and a possibility this crossfire will be shutdown for good.
  • Either you unban the accounts and rest us to LVL 150 as a premium person purchased the pass or back to our accs the amount of zp spent in the pass or we just are gonna leave the game permanently and no more playing it again. We all know that u made that bug intentionally to make us purchase pass. Nt

    Type your comment Before you get indignant and write about it.that players using the game's error for their own purposes were unfairly banned and had items taken away from them that they had illegally obtained using the game's error-HERE'S A TIP FOR YOU: Read the game agreement.It clearly states what sanctions and punishments are provided for players who intentionally use game errors to gain benefits and advantages in the game over other players. Intentional use of a game error is a VIOLATION OF THE AGREEMENT between the player and the game.
  • Be a real man and don't delete comments that doesn't support ur decision on banning accounts u scammers. You made the post to let community all participate and share their opinions so don't be a child coward and face the reality and your mistakes.
    Unban us and rest us to lvl 150 for pple who purchased the premium pass and go ban cheaters if u are able to ban us for a game issue and go punishing your developers who made this bug intentionally.

    Really? What about the 30,000 ZP that we paid, but couldn't get the service (Pass) in full? Then let them return them to the account back - the company itself created the conditions under which we cannot use the service and simply stole our money.
  • Everyone agreed to the Terms of the Game.
    It clearly states, exploiting Bugs (of all kinds) is a reason for a Ban.
    Its a simple punishment, even if the Bug was from a Developers Side.
    Each action has a reaction to it.
    Exploting a Bug is the action, so the Ban is the reaction.
    Its simple, you all agreed to the Terms when you created the account, even if it was over 10 years ago.
  •  was a kid when I first started the game. I am 27 years old now. I plan every aspect of my life according to the Crossfire Video game. 
    
    30 months ago, I created an account to start from scratch and played the game every day. I bought thousands of dollars worth of zp. I did it without missing any missions or events. I never used cheats or macros. But you took my honor ribbon. You banned me from accessing my account. This was not our fault. Now I am permanently deleting the game. My friends and I will not play the game anymore. You do not give us any explanations. There is no one we can talk to. We even wait for days for a ticket to be answered. This is unacceptable. You banned thousands of players from the game while the 16th anniversary events were going on. The funny thing is that the players you banned were the ones who invested the most zp in the game. I am saying goodbye to the game of my childhood. There is no Crossfire without an honorable ribbon!

    Today is March 23rd, we still hope that you will put an end to this nonsense and cancel the bans. I support this policy, but it is very insulting that you have not implemented it for years and now you are depriving thousands of players of some rights. You still have a chance to show this as a warning and bring us back to the game considering that you have clearly informed the players about this. We still believe and wait.
  • Nice very nice, almost 14 years playing here, spending thousand of dollars, never cheated or using any glitch. It was my first time doing something wrong. My main account got banned for 20+ days, ok i accept that, i did a mistake and paying for that. And now it says i have permanently blocked from the server. Are u kidding me? Permanent ban for this? People with 50-70 days didn't get permanent ban. So for 1 mistake that did half of CF, got permanent ban. 
  • Do you think that this is good by giving players a ban for 93 days, knowing that this is a mistake from the game administration, because you have deleted all the weapons that we took after this pug and took the AN94 that we charged, and there are also some prizes. Most players have given you at least a 30-day ban. How can we now get the Islam that we charged the pass for, knowing that this is a mistake from the developers, not from each player. If we do not amend this matter, the game will lose its popularity, and many people because of this matter. I hope that you reconsider this matter, and thank you for your understanding.
  • It's hard to take the game seriously when it feels like the developers are more focused on monetization than on fixing the countless issues with bugs, lag, and poor optimization. For those hoping for a modern, well-crafted shooter, Crossfire isn't even close to being a contender.
  • I hope they are going to give back to most of the people the Honorable Ribbon and the AN back because people payed for the product in full. I still have my Honorable Ribbon, I was lucky.

  • Guys, want to laugh? They banned and took away rewards only for those who bought СF PASS for ZP. I have "acquaintances" who also used the bug, but since they did not have a premium CF PASS - they reached level 100 at most and could not go further. So - they were not punished for this in any way, did not take away rewards, literally nothing. So it turns out that you spend money, then use a bug for which it is not your fault - YOU SHOULD BE PUNISHED! You didn't spend a penny on the game and also used a bug - everything is fine, you can continue playing. Draw your own conclusions, what is the attitude towards the players who really supported this game.

    Imagine, I was just a kid when I did these. Now I am 30 years old.

    I also made many friends through this game. In fact, some of them are no longer alive, but I am quitting the game after all this time. 56 days of punishment? And it is GM's mistake. I find it normal that you receive back gifts. However, we did not bother anyone, we did not sabotage anyone's game. We did not use cheats. It is ridiculous to be punished for such a simple thing.

    Cuz of this ridiculous punishment, I won't be able to receive my 16th year ribbon.

    Okay. Who are the people you are punishing? Just my clan members spends 1M+ ZP per month. Moreover, we get ZP at normal price like all European countries. Not half price. I think this attitude is hostile and I am uninstalling the game.

    Some people advised me to create a new account and continue playing. However, there is no point in entering the game if I cannot log in to my 16-year-old account for 2 months.

    I wish all the remaining players good games.

    LOL. I've been playing for 3 years. Now I watched a few videos of this guy about the Turkish patch. I don't think even GMs put this much effort into the game. This guy is incredible. Players like this are really hard to find. He definitely needs to be made a MOD. Maybe he could be an example for the Turks in the game. Instead of ban players like this, you should appreciate them. You're celebrating the 16th year thanks to these players.

  • Just let the game die out they don't care about players or community only $ so just don't spend on this game. they give no response to community because they don't care then ban you if you try to ask and tickets are useless as always they just copy paste the same response to all tickets and don't give your weapon back not even legit ones
  • When will your meeting end? I hope you will give us the news we have been waiting for and make up for the injustice we have faced. The best decision would be to return our Honor Ribbons. This way, you won't lose players. However, if you choose not to return the Honor Ribbons, a large group of players will quit the game.

    The Honorable Ribbon that was unintentionally removed has been restored today to players who owned it before their ban for this exploit.
    We are investigating cases where other items were removed and are working on restoring them.
    If you are unable to claim CF Event Pass rewards earned after the rollback, please contact the support team with a screenshot of the issue.

    As mentioned in the main post, the temporary game bans were only placed on accounts that were deemed purposefully exploiting the issue, rather than doing so by accident, and the length of the ban was dependent on the severity of the violations.

    Mods are only normal players with only power to moderate forum and discord / no powers in game / no access on support side to see or solve tickets.

    GM are z8 employees, BUT are not game devs, updates and issues on game side (as a game bug) are handled by a different team (generic we called devs) / game protection-anticheat is also on a different team.. and so on.

    Now in regard with game "Terms of use" ( or Terms and conditions) that we don't want to read, i won't copy paste them here BUT I can briefly summarize some of the important ones:

    1. Z8 is the legal owner of all game accounts and can take any action against any game account that violates the respective terms and rules even without any prior notice.

    2. The player who created the game account -> is only the "account holder" and has no legal rights over the account, all rights belong to z8 (with everything that this implies), the player has the rights to use the game account according with those terms and undertakes to comply with these terms.

    You should also notice that no one get permanet ban ( normally anything that goes beyond 30 days -> becomes a permanent ban ) and for HRS ribbon last announcement on discord was :

    The system automatically removes the honorable soldier ribbon for this type of ban. We have not decided yet if we will keep it removed, or if we will give it back. We will discuss it internally to the team, and the general community behaviour/attitude may play into this decision. Please conduct yourself accordingly, and we will announce as soon as we have made this decision.

    Did we say they had the authority?When someone like...... noticed this situation in the game and wrote to DC saying don't exaggerate, did it look good?
    I wrote above Why didn't the sleeping moderators and sleeping GMs warn us and shut down the game when they noticed it on Sunday?
    I also mentioned that this situation also occurs in other games such as PUBG etc. and I explained this situation in detail on the Facebook page.I wrote it there and I'm writing it here.How did you incorporate this tactic into the user agreement and which software developer or GM thought of this and convinced them? Isn't this a fraudulent system?
