[Suggestion] Open discussion regarding kick vote system

Greetings Mercenaries,
Many of you contacted support or posted here on the forum about your experience with the kick vote system. Please understand that abusing any features in CrossFire to grief players is a violation of our Terms of Use. However, it is very hard for us to prove the abuse just by screenshots and replays.
Some of you might have heard that another CrossFire version is trying to go new paths and deactivated their kick vote system after many requests to see how the community is handling issues in matches without it.
We believe that this is not an option for us at this point, and we want to open a discussion about other options and your ideas regarding improving the kick vote system.
Please use this thread to post constructive ideas and let us know your concerns. We ask you not to attack other players for their ideas no matter how much they go against your opinion.
We all want to thank you all for your input and we are looking forward to an useful discussion.

Suggestion tracking regarding kick voting
I will try to count your suggestions with thumbs up or down.
Please understand when I cannot update this thread 24/7.
Suggestions in this discussion:
- "Make players who spent more than 2.000.000ZP unkickable"/"members who have spent a great deal of money in this game, as well as having a clean and long standing record (such as having no bans/suspensions for 3 years) should have kick vote immunity, and possibly extra power when deciding in kick votes" - vote pro (5) against (9)
- "Accounts have to be older then X ammount of days to Kickand possibly higher ranks mean more kicks??? like a LT would get 2 a smiliey face would get 0 a marshal could get say 5." - vote pro (2) against (2)
- "credited kick vote system. For example, the amount of credits could depend on the years that you’ve been playing CrossFire. And so if your account is 1 year-old you get 1 vote-credit, and if your account is 2 years-old you get 2 vote-credits, and so on. Discussing something like that, CF is an all free game and not pay to win at all. When it's about adding new stuff ya'll be crying "this game be pay2win noob game". Can't really take you serious right now.
Its not a pay2win; however, its a pay2advantage (lol). Cite me crying about p2w or else take me seriously, because I am serious.

There is a simple way to get rid of this thing...you have a lot of employees make that one of them randomly join in a room and make a screenshot to a "suspect", than analyse that screenshot and take some actions....idk if its wrong to mention but in Counter-Strike 1.6 was a system similar to waht i'd said...an owner of a server had few mod's and they randomly taked a screenshot of what is on your monitor (not a print screen).
I know that there are a lot of channels and rooms but i guess "the hackers" will be scared to do that again. And maby we will get rid of them. -
When ppl creates a room give them the chance to choose if they want to use kick vote system in the game or not. The first suggestion is horrible and the second sounds good.
What if a hacker enters the room? RIP.

I think that thread only "died" because the GM who made it is away, for now. I think that GM was the only one trying to get that back. Maybe everyone has his or her own part to do. -

4. Kicks for reasons that only affect the team the kicked person is on should only be voted on by that team. e.g. I'm ideling and I'm not contributing to the team. ONLY my team should be able to vote-kick me out and not the other team.
5. Add a system that saves all players replays when kicked. If I get kicked, I would like to have the replay saved on my computer right away. If I feel I was kicked unfairly, I should report it. If a certain player was reported for unfair kicks a certain amount of times, they should lose some GP or get banned for x amount of hourse (no penalty on record/ribbons).

Is this the solution, cuz idk if you play a lot but i play and i did saw a lot of "non p2w" players that use third party programs and they where not banned eaven if i reported them.

Maybe the HOST should also be able to override a kick-vote.
If the host is a hecker, people leave.
And if the host is a low rank who's gonna kick you for being too good at the end of the game anyway, people would be wary to join. -
Disable the kick in mutant mode (HM,MM,HMX) for players who have more than 200 ping. They can still f11, f12, but they can't start the vote kick themself. Note that ~200 ping players are almost all egys kids. If you're worried about being fair with them then read below.
First: All they do is kicking other player when they get owned or who don't trade them guns (we all been there). They don't even kick hacker so what's the point of them being able to start the vote?
Second: nobody would want to kick a ~200 players since none of them could get ACE, if they hack or they troll in game then they deserve to be kicked by other players.
If you're thinking about what if a room full of ~200 ping players and there's one hack in there and they want to kick the hacker, then z8 could add that they can kick people who have the same ping range as they do. Example: 200 can kick 200, 100 can kick 100, below 100 can kick below 100. -

From my POV,the solution is pretty simple and based mostly on who kicked me so far:
Make the vote cost 10000 GP or more for 1 use. I mostly get kicked by low rank accounts with item shop guns who probably never won anything from black market yet and I don't think they would spend GP to vote someone just because that person killed them or he/she made 3-5 kills or more as soon as he/she entered the room.
And maybe,the higher your rank,the higher the cost for the vote(just like how missions work)

I like this one, but the cost to be verry big to low rank and verry cheap for big rank.
