1 VGA....well call them up to clarify.

HDMI is when you watch Blue Ray or whatever on you pc, you can display it on a TV.

It may come with a HDMI to VGA converter to attach to a LCD monitor so you can set up a eye-infinity or triple display.

dvi and hdmi has the same quality of image even if dvi actually has a better rate of data transfer. But hdmi also connect the sounds. So if you have a monitor with speakers or a tv, and use a card with hdmi include it will process the sounds of your desktop to the monitor with only a single cable.

550ti has a horrible price to performance ratio. Something with a 6850 will be better.

Soo i'm thinking of buying one of these two computers can you advise me on which one you think is best for its price?

There not really too much difference. I would go for the second one though for the NVIDIA card.

Go for the cheaper one. They should perform almost identically, the 6870 being only slightly faster than a 560.

if u build your own:

FX 8120 = 180 bucks
MOBO = 120 bucks
SSD 120gb = 120 bucks
HDD 2TB = 100 bucks
PC Case = 100 bucks
Windows7 = 0 bucks from torrent
DVD drive = 20 bucks
PSU = 100 bucks
Graphic card 560ti = 200 bucks
liquid cooler = 60 bucks

180+120+120+100+100+20+100+200= 1100ish

I am not sure if Cyberpower lets you overclock, if not you can try to build you own. If you dont plan to overclock, then buy any one of the two is fine. I like the one with LED lights though i prefer red color.

I currently have 1.1 ghz cpu and 1 GB ram, I run at around 30 fps in a 8v8. Do any of you know if my fps will raise or how much it will raise if I upgrade to 8 GB ram?

Not much at all considering you are running a 1.1 ghz chip. That is VERY slow and this game requires a strong CPU to pull high fps.

You can get some cheap one but really, you wont need it and youll notice the drop when you get less than 120fps in a game.

there are youtube videos comparing 60 hz and 120 hz side by side.

all 3d monitors are 120 hz, n' they are not cheap.

This maybe a stupid question but since my laptop got really low fps 15-30, If I connect it to another monitor will it be better ? Or does it depend on the lap itself?

The FPS will be the same. It is dependent upon the output capabilities of the computer. Mostly gpu and cpu.
