Completed survey but no points? (BMG Survey ONLY)

Where ARE my z8 points?

My friend and I just discovered the "free zp". So we each completed 2 or 3 of the surveys. We used valid info completed offers that we meed thhe req. for, but the purchase confirmation page never showed up and the red x didn't appear over the item and we still have 0 ZP. wth?
any offer looks the same as if you just clicked to the ZP page, both before and after.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Plz get me my zp i completed the surveys with real info etc..
And when i click on it again it says this Sorry for the inconvenience

hello well im from mexico and they only have 4 surveys to win free zp the problem is one survey is for USA so i cant get my zp cause it will be a fake information and its not even gonna work
2nd i did one also placed my phone number, they already called and they didnt give me my zp = 375
3rd i have to pay money witch i dont have at the moment i mean thats why i was on the earn free zp
so i was wonderin if u could get some more only one works fine already did it but it was only for 156zp and i was lookin at others surveys from another countrys they get up to 2000zp so please if you can help me if not its not a problem but i will thank you if u do and eliminate the 3 surveys they dont work

Hi, I didn't get ZP from the "Perdicto Mobile" and US IQ Quiz"(Both are cellphone ones)
I put in the Pin and it showed that I got the ZP in the rewardTOOL except when I leave rewardTOOL I get my regular 5870.
Please Help Perdicto = 1875

I did two, Quality health survey (500) and Eversave recipes (250) The directions to both of them say that the ZP is dispensed on the second or third page, so I did not complete either of the surveys beyond the point I was told to reach.

Is there any point on the survey where we will be told that the ZP has been dispensed? Or do we just go up to the point the instructions say on the reward tool?

i did a bunch of them and entered my info the right info to and it doesnt work...but sum do and it says i made 6000 today but i only have 14 didnt get that 6000 cant u reset the reward tool or something cause i usually dont get alot to pick from (

i dont know how to insert my screenshots of the surveys that i completed but the names of them are US IQ quiz for 2187 ZP and the other one is IQ Challenge-US for 5625 ZP. Please give me my ZP points because i really want them and i completed these yesterday. PLease i just want my earned ZP points.

but when i go to my account or Item Mall, it says i have 0 zp? whats wrong?

Hello Asian456Tofu,

There could be a few things going on. Check your security settings on your browser and set them to low. Also check you pop up blockers. A lot of times they stop it from converting. Send in the ones you did and I am sure they will reward you the points.

Do you have a screenshot software? If you do...take a screen shot of the offer and send it in to noreward@blvd-media.com They will make sure you are taken care of.

Check your browser security settings and set the to low. Also check your pop up blockers and your ad blockers. Those seem to stop the offer from converting as well.

Hello tacyHeartsU,

That usually means the advertiser is detecting your IP. Did you send in the screenshots of the offers you completed to noreward@blvd-media.com? That way CS can investigate it with the advertiser and reward you the points.

Hello ghezze,

I know that is frusterating...trust me, I wish we could find a bunch of offers for Mexico as well. I know the are getting new offers ever day. The best thing to do is check back and see if you see any new ones. If you did complete an offer and it did not convert...make sure you send in the screenshot of the completion page so you can get your points.

I will let them know you are looking for more offers as well.

The directions are usually correct...it might help to go one more page to see if it converts. If it still does not convert then take a screenshot of the completion page and send it in to noreward@blvd-media.com. They will make sure you get credited.
