Completed survey but no points? (BMG Survey ONLY)
3 reasons why you can't receive reward points.
1. You have already done the same survey on another site.
2. You have entered fake information.
3. You do not meet the requirement for the survey. (ie. single only, UK users only etc.)

Just a further addeum upon what [Gm]Giada has said, you will want to attempt to post all your issues with the free zp rewards here. The company running these rewards will have access to the files and logs to verify who has or has not recieved their free zp. Troubleshooting will be done much faster by using this as a direct contact to one of their representatives rather then asking a moderator, GM or Support staff for help.

To be honest Monster, i would (if it allows you to) suggest you retake the survery on the other account. Even if the staff from the survery company are able to figure out it was you, the time it would take to do all this will be awhile. It would be quicker for yourself to just take the time to re-do it, then wait the couple weeks it may take here. -

Okay, i'm in the UK, I have completed EVERY free ZP survey and quiz, the thing is. I've entered valid information to every single one, now I'm getting my inbox completely spammed , and did I get my ZP? No I didn't. Can you fix this please. Only around 3 out of around 15 that i've done say that it's been successfully done and gave me the ZP.

Hello Everyone.

I will be on this board every day answering questions and assisting the best I can to get the issues resolved. I am also here to inform you of great converting offers as well as be the point of contact for new ideas.
We just fixed the reward system for those of you who sent in emails saying you did not get your points...and you should now be rewarded.
Please note that offers do not convert every time. A few reason could be:
1. You do not qualify for the offer.
2. You are already in the Advertisers Database.
3. The tracking pixel does not fire.
4. The information you entered does not match.
I do know from experience successfully completing online surveys that pay out cash, prizes and virtual gifts can be very frustrating. Many times you fill out all the information correctly and honestly, but the survey or offer does not credit. Not only is this annoying, it dramatically reduces your desire to fill out more surveys and prevents you from earning what is rightfully yours.
After years of experience with online surveys as a user, a publisher and as an advertising network, we have figured out some very easy ways to help you maximize your success with online surveys.
Here are some Insider Tips:
TIP #1: Make sure your browser supports cookies. Cookies are just one way to verify that it is really you completing the surveys. Test your browser here http://www.pageout.net/page.dyn/cookie_tester
TIP#2: Turn OFF all AD blockers and pop-up blockers (two different things). Sometimes advertisers won’t report your offer as completed because the “Thank You” page gets blocked. Think about it…does doing online surveys with a blocker activated even make any sense?
TIP#3: Upon completing an offer, CLEAN YOUR BROWSING HISTORY (Cookies, Cache, Web Forms, etc.) before starting another offer.
If an offer does not reward for you we did not see it from the advertiser either. For us to investigate it properly with the advertiser please include all the information below when sending your emails to noreward@blvd-media.com
1) Name of the Game:
2) User ID
3) The name of the offer that didn't convert
4) The reward value of the offer
5) A screenshot of the Thank You or Congratulations page so we may investigate the issue with the advertiser.

It doesn't allow me to. Most of them say "One offer per household" and the others register me as completing them, and don't allow it again. I guess I'll just start over. 1750 ZP isn't that much, but the more the merrier. -

Send noreward@blvd-media.com and email showing some sort proof it was done and I am sure they will make sure you are rewarded. -

I completed one for 10000ZP and another for 5000ZP, but got no ZP. The thing is, I forgot to take a screenshot when I completed the offer, and now for some reason, the offers have disappeared off the flash applet.
Oh well, I'll have to pay for ZP in the future, I guess. -
i think this is a great idea from z8 and the company that is supporting all (jennifer) but if there is all these problems is it really worth all the hassle and complaints to put it out until the issues are fixed? there is obviously problems with Zp no being rewarded and in some cases you being z8 might lose members bc they will lose all trust in what you may be telling them. now i am the owner/founder of a gaming clan as well as an administartor of everything ie-gaming servers as well as forums and i know that if was advertising something like this i would want to make 100% sure that the issues are fixed before i put it out to the public. not only to keep the trust and respect of my members but because its a pride thing, i want my work to be shown as being well done and thought out. now it may just be my expeirence but it seems that i am speeking for alot of people and not just myself. and FYI to z8 GM's i would be more then willing to try and help out as much as i can with any issues in the future or present...i know there have been a lack of manpower so just throwing that out there.
