Completed survey but no points? (BMG Survey ONLY)

In this rooms we need to have it so its more than just 8v8 we got a desent size clan and wed like to play all together on a team. maybe we can increase the size as in 12v12 and then exantually increase it to become a 16v16.

I'm EXTREMELY annoyed now that my issue from over 2 weeks ago won't work out. Sure, I can complete free non-mobile offers on the Reward Tool, but those surveys reward little compared to when people buy ZP. Also, it takes FOREVER for new offers to show up. I can't just waste my time on things that guarantee rewards but don't actually reward me. I did go through the movements again as I did every other time. The rewards are, once again:

Name of Offer #1: US IQ Quiz
Reward Value: 2187 ZP
Description: Reward is paid on cell phone submit and pin confirmation.

Hi I tried what you said bmgsupport, but I haven't gotten any of the zp, and the only mail I received was the [Auto-Reply] mails after I sent mine, and I'm pretty sure its been 2 days now.

listen u guys lied i have done ever reward thing multiple times and all that did was rack up 20 bucs on my cell phone bill ntm that it never paid the reward or the red X never appeared over the offer thingy either gimmie 20 bucks from the cell phone offers or u gimmie my zp

Here are a few things you can try to help. Lower your security settings on your browser and check out the list below.

TIP #1: Make sure your browser supports cookies. Cookies are just one way to verify that it is really you completing the surveys. Test your browser here http://www.pageout.net/page.dyn/cookie_tester

TIP#2: Turn OFF all AD blockers and pop-up blockers (two different things). Sometimes advertisers won’t report your offer as completed because the “Thank You” page gets blocked.

TIP#3: Upon completing an offer, CLEAN YOUR BROWSING HISTORY (Cookies, Cache, Web Forms, etc.) before starting another offer. Here is how:

• Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet Options – Browsing History – Delete All
• Firefox - Hold down Ctrl + Shift + Del and make sure you have everything checked

Did you get rewarded when you sent in the screen shots? There is no reason why they deny you the points if you filled them out and sent in the information. Let me know if you got your points...if not send the email in to noreward@blvd-media.com with your forum name and that Jennifer sent you. Then I can verify with them what is going on.

No one has lied. It happens sometimes that people do not get rewarded do to a variety of factors. It could have been you have ad blockers on, pop up blockers, you need to clear your cookies, lower your browser security settings.

There are instructions on that page of what to do if you filled out an offer and did not get rewarded. Did you follow those instructions?

I have no Software for Screenshot, but i swear i did that survey thats how i got the message from the quiz results. It clearly stated that ZP cashed in on visit of quiz results and i didnt get ZP.

Because i live in France and I can completed only the french surveys.And when i look the sreen they have 23000 ZP,they make me cry.I have completed all surveys and i get only around 4000 ZP ;( .and i want to be a Spop
