Yes, it IS true, in the context which GM Cinder wrote it. The requested the PSD files from the 10 finalists, those that didn't provide them were disqualified. Simple as. Why would the GM's lie about that?

Well I am not the judge, the judges decided it wasn't. I've seen both and I don't think they are.
I edited the piece you wrote to make it more peacefull.
What I meant with that sentence is that GM's/MOD's do not have to feel insulted, because I know that most of the other repliers in this thread are much worse -> Might have not been clear, but it was to prevent the exact reaction you gave on it.
And, I don't know why they lie about it, I don't know if it is on purpose, or if it is unknowingly. I may have not recieved the same ticket as the other players, the case has already been solved via a ticket. But the thing I know, and you don't is that it was not stated in my ticket. -

I would like to give you 1 piece of advice, which is that you should take a look a your own creations, and just be proud of them. That's what you should be, and that's what should matter. -

I'm calm as a cucumber. Adults can state their opinions without "raging". If you take it as raging that is more of an indicator of the state of your mental maturity. JS -

I am proud of my creations and I thoroughly enjoy making them and will continue to create new designs for my own pleasure. -
You do have a point my friend. But you must realize that these people you are negatively talking about are simply human. They are only doing their job. They have been working very hard and only made this event for the community's enjoyment. Everybody makes mistakes, it is time to move on. However, we have rules to abide by, and these have not been, nor will they ever be, bent to allow someone to voice their frustrations. You are entitled to your opinion within the rules set out on this forum. If you are not within those rules, then you will be infracted. I have seen multiple players bypass censors, outright flame, complain that they believe their skin was better, and generally argue over how they think other people should behave. Allow me to remind you that you will be infracted for censor bypassing. You will be infracted for implied profanity. You will be infracted for flaming. We chose what we felt to be the best and most suitable options for this contest. You do not get to choose how other people, including players, GMs, and MODs should or should not act. And furthermore, shouting at each other via this thread, or anywhere else on the forums, is not going to change the submissions that have been made or the submissions we have chosen. If you have something productive to add to the conversation, please do so.
Otherwise, stop making me hand out infractions. I have better things to do, guys

Just because a skin was more intricate/colourful/etc. doesn't mean that it was "better" for the game. The skin's suitability for the game itself and the way it will appear in-game, as well as how it will be developed, have to be taken into account by many people. For those we needed the files from, we requested whatever design files they could give us. In the case of drawing the weapons, we wouldn't need any design files to verify, as it would be clear if it was drawn with pencil or what not :P -
I also like to point out that they were kind enough to choose 3 winners instead of one. They were originally just going to choose one winner but we got 3 winners with 3 different weapon skins.
Just be happy that the weapons will be exclusive to our version and it most likely be GP so everyone has a chance of winning it!
Of course over time, everything gets published worldwide but let's just enjoy this moment while we have it! -

Anyways, guys. All three of them put forth some effort into their Skins. Just because one Skin might have been picked that might look "simple" to you, doesn't mean that they haven't spent COUNTLESS hours creating and submitting multiple skins.
From my point of view, I have the utmost respect for those guys.
Seeing how they are practically giving us some weapons which not only look sick, but are most likely GP Crates to boot. And I'll love them even more if those GP Crates aren't time exclusive.
So banish those grumpy faces, and rejoice in the fact that because of this Event there is some neat stuff in it for us all! -
