I didn't say that you were bashing the GM.
Its very easy to change the IP address.There could be a high chance that the players used their alts to vote for their own weapons.
Yeah,I saw those designs too.Some of them were great.The winner's designs are not as bad as some players are saying.
Isn't it implied that not all weapons can be added in the game?
I dont see why GMs would select the "bad" designs and left much better designs untouched or Do you think that GMs have any kind of relationship with the winners?
OFC there is a reason behind it.As GM Violet said that there were multiple factors behind the selection.Creativity and the look of the weapons is just 1 factor.
GMs know this game much better than anyone else.
I have seen some design that are not posted here on forums.. with some nice detailed design but im not gonna mention some names i just leave it like it is.. but oh well Our GM's here are Genius

I'll be quick to everyone that has a complaint,not about me,but about the event: where was it states that a design must be overly-complicated in detail in order to win?Thats all im asking.A simple eye-catchy design can do the job better than one where you get lost in details. -

xD, Well by the looks of it the Winner of one of them wasn't from heaven but rather from Counter Strike GG
Once again you disregarded one of my Submissions such as my beautiful AK47 Warrior which is unique and wont find anywhere else, below
And rather chose a Gun which is peaty much similar to Counter Strike ASIIMOV AWP as you can see comparison, Yeah few colours changer here and there, or small difference, Idea is still the same:P GG CF Disappointed
Even My Axe Collections are Better, and are Originals and Unique as you can see below, but I know its preaty hard to admit when your wrong or made a mistake :P

LOL, many players/participants not happy with the final outcome, and I completely understand because of reasons already said in this topic that I won't bother re-mentioning (for obvious reasons).
If there's anything that I have learned from this event, is that apparently, simplicity is best in such events for games like CF (since it saves time/complications to the Dev's). Never-the-less, I am looking forward to future events similar to this one, and hope the outcome is more publicly approved of course, since we are the players/investors who help such company run in the first place and we deserve a bit more decision making (with regulations of course). -

Sarcasm over, gratz to the winners! Each looking good in their own way. Looking at these, I can see I tried to overcomplicate my designs. Plus a lack of PS skills. I'm gonna spend time learning before the next one of these events. -
We all should have just copy and pasted CS:GO skins to increase our chances of winning.
I know that's what I'm doing For a chance at $500 my buried-in-student-loan-debt ass doesn't mind risking getting permanently banned in an online game where no one does their job right.

deagle is biased because a lot of GM's are canadian.
Actually, we discussed the possibility of that bias, and found that we weren't biased based on that fact. The weapon itself just looks well done. But we thank you for your concern. -

Thats all good but Im just wondering why an obviously copied skin won first place? I mean, Isnt the whole point of this event to be creative on your own? -

But on a serious note:
Reading through the comments on this thread is disappointing to say the least. As a community when did we become so selfish? So abusive and accusatory? Can we no longer be happy for other people for the work they've done?
It's a sad day in that regard. I am truly disappointed in a lot of people.
