Or should i inquire them about ports,may be they are getting blocked some where b/w my pc - CF servers,ports are allowed through my router,PC's firewall. -

Additional, if friends of you had website issues, please ask them to use the pages they had issues with.
Those that still have issues, please update your tickets or send a new ticket to support in case you can't update your ticket and send following information:
- Where do you have connection issues?: (for example server UK4)

For the past two weeks or so I was able to log in again, just that whenever I tried connecting to NA1, I got the MM error. Every other server worked just fine, no issues whatsoever. Now, since your 1/22 "Update/Fix" im back to the 'Failure to log in' screen. Which is almost as bad as the MM error, since playing on NA4 gets you nowhere thanks to zero population on the server. Considering that the game is in decline, and has been for a few years, I dont see why you guys havent dropped a few servers already anyway. But thats a topic for another day, for now, please just fix your broken $#!+ -
I understand your frustration, however I will need your current IP address in a support ticket so the issues for everyone get fixed. Before you update/send tickets, please do a restart of your modem/router and your PC just to make sure that nothing else is interfering with your connection.

PS & Update 01/23/2015: So far I only have 8 reports/updates since yesterday plus the 2 reports here in the forum for players who still have connection issues.
I reported your cases further, so the server team can contact the involved teams to check any blocks/reasons for the issues. I was very happy to see all the messages that confirmed that their issues were fixed as of yesterday afternoon.
However, even if I'm not able to update you guys with any news or answer tickets over the weekend, the teams don't stop working on fixing all issues for everybody. The more players come forward with the issue, the better is the chance that the teams can fix it. -
i had the failed to connect to server for a month then u finally fixed it. 1 week later another update and now i can log in to any server but once i press to connect to any channel the screen freezes and doesnt work

Are the connection issues resolved for you?
Hello all,
It seems that for most of you the connection issues are resolved. Just to make sure we reach everybody, can you those of you who still had issues last week update your tickets with either resolved or not? It would help us to evaluate the current situation and maybe close the issue.
