In case you are still facing some problems, we advise you to perform the following steps:
1) Uninstall the game completely
2) Perform system cleaning (CCleaner)
3) Disable your antivirus' real-time protection
4) Re-download the game from our server
5) Install the game
6) Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions
7) Re-enable real-time protection
If your antivirus software's real-time scanner is active while you are downloading the game, it could result in corruption of the download. Temporarily disable your real-time scanner, then re-download the game client. Keep real-time scanning disabled while you install the game. Make sure to add the entire Crossfire folder to your antivirus' exceptions list before you re-enable the real-time scanner. -

xtrap error
Everytime I launch crossfire, xtrap gives me an error saying that the program was launched in compatibility mode, except that it wasn't.

this is ridiculous this problem has been running for about a week already and no word about it yet.... not only are we missing an event, we are also missing time to use our items we recieved from the web mall deletion....my question is will there be a make up event or something? i know its alot of work and you guys are doing everything you can but by not responding to our threads, tickets, and messages it seems to be as if you guys dont really care at all. i hope this issue gets resolved quick

Edit: My wife even attempted a full system restore to factory settings before any updates were added to the windows 8. Not 8.1 it is still providing errors. Wouldn't it just be wiser to postpone this event until further notice and revert the patch, as you are losing alot of the player base and upsetting people who support your game and even got vip? -
Another Problem
Your network connections guys are so bad..
We got high latency and don't say check your ISP..
This problem not from our side it depends on your servers and your connection speed..
You know what.. Here in Egypt we all got the same ping..!! whatever internet speed we have we all got the same ping between 80 ~ 150.. Depending on the capacity of your network and server..
It would be nice if you provide a feedback to your IT team that could solve this with your ISP may be you have to increase your Internet Speed & Improve Your Servers Capacity & Speed..
To be honest this game became bored, it got too many bugs in your codes, high latency "PING" and too many hackers that your team can't STOP..
WTF How could I got enjoy my time with that!! I wish you guys to find a final solution for this ****. You have to fix the current bugs and Failures of your system before provide a new weapon or map you have to fix latency and security issues before trying to get some money first..

I can not enter the server, north america 1
once I enter the game, try to connect to the server from north america 1 stops is step 2 and I get a message that says: MM server failed conction.
I hope your answer, if anything is useful my country is Venezuela -
They used to be on top of this.
I rememeber when any connection error with players was resolved with top priority. Now they are not even responding to support tickets. What happened?
Edit: Oh yeah, problem will be fixed when they remove what they added during the christmas event. #fair -

I can not start the server does not connect
I can not start the game when I try to place my password I get to server failed to conecct not know what happens please ask roblem prompt response and therefore not able to boot from 12/18/14 Thanks for your attention
