  • Hello seriously been unable to resolve the error mm conection server and have not given any information this error takes a week or more this is no problem with our internet if that alone would give them just this error but the vast majority given case are only to get money? in my time if they helped me and many more try with everything you posted in this post to http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=295718

    Thank you for your reports in here and per support tickets. I just want to let you know that we reported everything to the server center and we are awaiting a response.
    In the mean time, I would like every body who's "failed to connect to server" and “MM server connection failed.” error issue is solved by now to post here or to update your ticket. You don't have to submit your IP address in the forum.

    If you experienced different issues like "File is changed : W[2007] L[0]" error or "File is changed : W[2003] L[2]" and similar errors, you probably have to re-install and add the Crossfire folders to your Firewall and Anti virus exception list.

    Please be aware that the support team will be out of office during the holidays and weekends. However our server monitoring team is covering 24/7.

  • Celestine, I have a different issue on Windows XP
    since after the update ive been experiencing laggy game fps drops my normal FPS when i play is 90 FPS on a 16 guy room but now its only 20 fps and i cant play because of it

    I have resubmitted my ticket and await a reply (hopfully not as long) However, I will not include Christmas as a day. Lol. However, I would enjoy being able to play again, and im sure half or more of this thread would too.

    I've been playing this game for a long time, and when GM Sadin did all the fixing we didnt have this problem, now the "Better and New" team can't fix a freakin bug?!?!?!? You'd think instead of continuing to take MONEY from your players you'd fix the damn game. Your new "team" need to get off their lazy asses and fix the game. I'm tired of playing a god damn game that you can't log in to because y'all are to ****ing lazy to even attempt to fix it. It's been over a week learn to code before taking over a game? Ok good.     How about my Shader error? I can't even play clan war. Some of my clanmates have recieved the same error message as mine. Btw, I'm unable to go to either Item Shop or FB mall due to that error. I can't create new rooms either. I got error whenever I do it

    My anti virus never ever conflicted with the game files.
    I can't login to the game using my own laptop since December update,more info about that part would be appreciated.

    So still no response to my updated ticket and complaints about the connecting to server error.... How is it that the problem has not been located or solved yet? This is absurd and the tech team is a joke its obvious it had something to do with the patch.
  • error message: no error message just takes forever to connect into the game, ill click the server wait a few minutes, the game turns white then I wait for a few more minutes and click somewhere on the screen again just to connect into a server, I have to follow those steps to connect into a game and switching rooms....

  • to these people having the " failed to connect to server " on login screen , i asked my friend to try HotSpot Sheild and to try to login again and it did work , but only to have a constant 190 ping in NA 1, so its obvious that it is an IP address issue.
    and i did notice that most who has this problem are from US/Canada region , so hope you guys could find a permanent solution for this problem cause its really annoying to play with that ping while it used to be 30-50..
    and yes i'm speaking on behalf of my friend.

    thanks. I downloaded hotspot shield and it worked but I have 190 ping like you said. i hope they fix this.

    I'm still getting the "Failed to connect to server." error, as of December 26, 2014. This is really beginning to tick me off. I haven't been able to play since about a week or two ago. I've sent in 2 support tickets, and still no reply. (Still no LEGIT reply) This thread right here is my LAST hope.

    - error message (screenshot) I don't have time to provide a screenshot, but people who have sent in screenshots of errors that say, "Failed to connect to server." at the login screen have the same thing that I have.

  • I previously had the "MM Server Connection Failed" issue for attempting to join NA1 Server but somehow it got resolved. Now I'm faced with the "Failed to connect server" and can't even enter the servers at all. Please find a solution to this ASAP, thanks.

    Edit: Before you send the same forum post looking for more information, it would help to read my ticket that has not been replied to for over 5 business days. I work in the Customer Service field on Live Chats, it really should not take this long to respond to your "Valued Players".

    Get this, I sent in a ticket informing them of my "Failed to connect" issue and they marked it as resolved without a ****ing reply! >_>;;

    *I get it's the same issue that everyone else is having, but I a response would be great.
