why do you need our ip and provider for huh this website has gotten more fishy ever since they changed the account to change passwords , just helping out the hackers are ya
With your IP they can see if theirs a pattern in IP's Address that the System is reject based on Location, Will help them just submit a ticket, not like they are policing the system as they failed to catch the hackers: Don't show IP or password or Actual Address in forums
Your IP is useless to them or any one unless you have illegal Activities -

Current status on connection issues
Hello everyone,
First of all thank you again for all your reports, your cooperation and especially for your patience!
Every report we receive with IP address and additional information gets reported further to the server team who is investigating the cause. So far it is clear that the reported issue are connected to certain IPs but we couldn't distinct any pattern or the point where those IP receive the block. On server side it doesn't seem that we are blocking them. However we will not give up investigating the issue and to solve it for everybody.
Currently, we found an issue summed up for players who cannot login at all in the game and get following errors:
- "Failed to connect to server"
- "The server you are trying to join is currently full. Please try later." (Before actually getting to the server selection)
- "Failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0]"
If you have one of those errors, please try to restart your router/modem. Try retrieve a new IP address if you can.
Other players cannot connect to certain servers. Those players seem to get stuck for certain servers at step 2 and get following error:
- "MM Server Connection Failed"
Most common are NA1, UK1 and UK4, but other servers are reported too.
If you receive this error, we recommend as well to try to restart your router/modem. Try retrieve a new IP address if you can.
If this doesn't solve the issue, we would like you to contact you provider, if our game servers get block by your IPS. Your Internet provider technical service can help you check the connection.
This being said, we will keep you updated and won't rest until we resolve all connection issues.
Thank you all again your patience while the teams are working on a fix. -

This is crap and it's not a solution. Just like I've said in a number of other posts, they're saying the problem is on our end. IT IS NOT A PROBLEM ON OUR END.
You're not finding a solution to this. Stop lying to us and fix YOUR problem. -
Exactly. This crap has been going on since the December patch. So in 30 days you've gotten no where. Yet you continue to spout the same crap that we need to reset our modems and routers. This is not an issue with our routers. This is and issue with your sh.t servers and sh.t coders - who can't tell their fingers from their ass.
This is unacceptable customer service. Complete and utter bull. -
Lololol. What a joke. These errors started to show up after your lastest patch. IT'S NOT A BUG FROM OUR SIDE. smh.
I'm not saying "it is" from your side - we just try to investigate all possibilities.
Anyhow, some connection issues are fixed in the mean time. Please check if you are able to login/connect to the servers.
Thank you! -
tell me how to fix this problem http://prntscr.com/5t8kco
i restarted my modem for 5-6 minutes and nothing has changed... please help me ..
For this issue, you might need to re-install.
1) Uninstall the game completely
2) Perform system cleaning (CCleaner)
3) Disable your antivirus' real-time protection
4) Re-download the game from our server
5) Install the game
6) Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions
7) Re-enable real-time protection
If your antivirus software's real-time scanner is active while you are downloading the game, it could result in corruption of the download. Temporarily disable your real-time scanner, then re-download the game client. Keep real-time scanning disabled while you install the game. Make sure to add the entire Crossfire folder to your antivirus' exceptions list before you re-enable the real-time scanner. -

I will not even think of re-installing my windows. I had less errors back in 2009 ... This is their fault, not mine. I could play the game just perfectly yesterday. Now all of these errors appear. Apparently some guy without a clue what he is doing ruined the game last night. That guy should be fired and cf should have a roll-back about 10 hours. Better than waiting 2 months for another update so another ****** can push one button for us to be able to play again.
