Today I got my deathadder 3.5g.. I Made mouse button 4 Scroll Up through sensitivity stages.
once I leave a game of crossfire my two side buttons just stop working and I have to restart my computer to get them to work again. anyone know how to fix this? -
So I have money left over from the IPS that my job gives out end of the year.
I have been thinking about getting a new GPU.
I currently have 2 x EVGA GTX570 in SLI of course
I considering getting 2x GTX680's
or
just one GTX690

Though I think the cost is justified in only rare circumstances.
Also, what does IPS stand for in this context? -
Going off this, I'd vote the GTX690.

IPS = In Store Profit Sharing
I have looked at reviews and such but im still not certain.
The 690 is just 2 680's in one card which is really nice, cheaper, and one card is cooler and quieter then two 680's. -

I'd DEFINITIVELY go for 1 690.
the performance, I'll admit, is the same. but let's look at it this way.
the SLi is not 100% compatible with every game.
the GTX690's performance (compared to 2 SLi GTX 680) is down to a 2-4% performance difference.
2 SLi 680 would be noisy/heat up more.
the 690's frame metering is smoother. it's hard to explain but the framerate won't drop down and go up whenever it feels like - the 690 is able to keep it at a stable rate.
the 690's overclocking ceiling is very high.
the 690 has a lot less micro stutter.
also, if you're planning for the future, doing 2 SLi GTX 690 (or even 4-SLi which is what I'm planning atm, getting the money for it) is a lot more effective than 2 SLi GTX 680.
then again, 2 SLi GTX 680s looks cooler in a case. fit to what you like. -

Tax returns this month, building a pc. This time it will happen, I have no choice, I'm going to college. Someone wanna hook me up with some lists?
Limit is one grand, but I would also like something under 800 just in case. (I need to buy a new phone as well as a car). -

Only way I ever get SS's to save is via Fraps hotkey which then saves under your Fraps folder Screenshots.
Also found this: You can launch c:\windows\system32\clipbrd.exe which will show you what is currently stored and allows you to save it. -

also
"steam games"
you have looked at the vast differences between games on steam?
There are indie games my 10 yr old pc could run.
Or FPS games that take a decent modern build to run...
try being a bit more specific...
Regards cf, yes, it could run it easily.
