So we Mexicans can make new accounts and play CF, since Mexico is part of North America? or your NA means USA and Canada only?

Probably next patch and yes, you can still play as you have an existing account, only new accounts made after the restriction will not be able to access the game.

Only accounts created AFTER the update will be tracked/logged for IP restriction. If you have existing accounts, they will not be tracked/logged for IP restriction ever. So you have nothing to worry about if you already have account(s)

They will have all the features no restrictions, only new accounts outside of NA/UK will be restricted.
