Its not like Im being mean or anything, but you cant deny that some of those comments are pretty much troll worthy ego boosting statments.
Regardless, a few Mods are doing a good job which is all that matters. Keep it up Giggle, Talon, and a few others. -

This usually happens when the thread has long gone overboard, the op is blatantly trolling or the question has been answered in full, but someone had to sneak in an insult which the moderator replied to in the closing statement.
But yes, if you don't find a witty remark witty, do report it to Saidin or at least bring it up with the moderator in question and inquire as to why he did what he did.
As for tastylimes, he'll never be a mod. -

If you think the current Mods behave like that, wait until TastyLimes (which will most likely never happen) gets his Mod status too.
He will certainly ban anyone who opposes him and keep flaming people with renewed arrogance. That might only last a few hours though, as Saidin is likely to demote and ban him without further notice.
And that's why they won't even remotely consider him. -

such an awful moderating team doesn't deserve to have me. end of story. I have never had intentions of being a moderator my entire time being here. even thinking of working side by side with people like bruce, dot and giggletron makes me feel disgusted.

No, insults aren't okay.
Closing comments to threads are okay, to summarize the thread and explain why it was closed.
Because moderators come in to contact with people in a way Tasty couldn't handle.
Just my own impression of course, but it matters.
Clearly hes not interested, and we're not interested in him, so we should probably drop it like he asked. -

I could care less if Tasty becomes Mod or not.
What I stated about the Drunk Mod is truth. You just havent been around long enough to see it happen. -
Yeah, I just don't post here all day. And I'm known to take extensive breaks too. I always keep an eye on the forums even when I'm on break, I just don't intervene too often.

what have you done for the community?
do you respect other players and fallow the rules?
active forum user?
But I wouldnt go off of just that, people can do anything eh. it comes down to what the gm's feel about you and that,

Allot of people that want the moderator position aren't really looking at what the position calls to,they are all looking pass the work,people disliking you for being ''the man'' and only see the flashy ingame name tag the mod next to your name and the instant respect,the way everyone takes note of your every breath and every nuance within your personality.
When in reality the position requires alot of time and common sense.You cannot be a robot who ''goes by the book'' yet you cannot let everything ''slide''
Thats why so many users here are unfit for the position they cant see bast the glamor.
