right i just played a game with a very racist person and looked on the support but theres no where to report that sort of thing so is there any other place i can report the person.

It comes under 'harassment'. Simply report them for that.

Click here to report a player.

Where it says Game Related and the drop down says "Select Game", choose "Cross Fire"

Where it says Category and the drop down says "--Categories--", choose "Complains"

That should be the closest you can get to harassment.
