Need help for Click&Buy
i buy a short time over a friend my zp points and now im 18 and make my one account soo can u please help me that i can buy the zp with my account...
When i try to buy the zp he says
""We're sorry but an error occurred while completing your transaction.
Please be advised that only ONE ClickandBuy
account can be used for your Z8Games account.
If funds have been withdrawn from your ClickandBuy or bank account,
please submit a support ticket at the following page: Z8 Customer Support."""
i send a support ticket and became no answer.....and in the forum i became no answer so plzzz help me -

I live in Romania, and the name of the offer is Free Lotto. Also, i dont get new offers every day, i just stay with this ''Free Lotto''. And no.... I did not used this offer...... Please answer me..... I hope you will find out a way to solve my problem..... -

hi jennifer i have done every thing you said and has been great ty for all the help.
but i am kinda disturbed about the increase in zp for the ones ive already done. just for example blockbuster and netflixs over 1000+ from a week ago if that the way it goes i might as well not do any and wait for them to max out.how often will the increase happen do you know? -

Email CS at noreward@blvd-media.com the screen shots...they will make sure you are taken care of. I am not sure what sound you are looking for...what do you mean you do not hear a sound?

Did you email Customer Service at noreward@blvd-media.com? Any time something does not reward that you fill out...make sure you get a screenshot and send the their required information. They will investigate it with the advertiser to see what happened and reward you the points.

I understand what you are saying. I know the offer people are looking for offers every single day. They tell me that international offers are mainly mobile submits but they are looking hard for other types of offers for international people. Keep looking because they are uploading ever day!

Are you saying you sent your information to CS and they did not investigate the issues...or are you saying that you filled out some offers and you did not get rewarded?
You will get emails for sure from the advertisers...that is the cost to get free points. Basically you are saying...yes I have an interest in this offer so I can get free points. So please look carefully and what you are agreeing to so you are not surprised by the advertiser contacting you.

Whenever i open the Reward tool box it and i click it opens a new tab and says : "Blocked URL " and doesnot bring me my zp what to do to get my zp? i tried everything.. Please help me .. Or can u give me that zp for free ? Please look for a solution .

That usually means that you filled out the offer and now it does not accept your IP anymore. What country are you in? Also, did you let CS know about the problem...and did you take a screenshot of the offer you tried?

Its because there is only that one offer for your country. I know they are getting ready to load a few more that are for every country. Keep an eye out.

Send a screen shot to customer service that you filled out that offer and they will make sure you get rewarded. I know Romania is limited on offers but I hear they are loading a global one here soon as well. Keep an eye out and I will tell the offer people to look for Romania offers.

We know everyone has been playing hard and filling out surveys to play more. Due to the wonderful response we have had with everyone we increased the payout a little bit so everyone gets more from here on out.
That is the most we are going to up the standard reward price for now...but we are working with Z8 for some fun promotional items in the near future. So please check the board to see what might be coming down the road.
We want everyone to play as much as possible and anyway we can help we will!
