Happens to me once in a while, and when it happens once, it keeps on happening forever, but I KNOW THE SOLUTION, all you need to do is create a different account and when u start getting this error, re-login on the different account, close crossfire again and go back to the account u were playing on previously. -

it happened in w/e maps i'm in.
got kick out of the maps for few times a day.
got disconnected from the sever for every 10-15 mins.
nothing was running in the background. game mode is on (Vast internet security)
i got a lot of kills count and then f#@king disconnected

Is anyone doing anything about this? I believe that there are more than enough players haing this trouble to fix it. This has been going on for months and no one has gotten a single response from any GM or anyone. Fix this problem! It's obviously affecting a large amount of the CF population.

it works for me EVERY TIME, but if it didnt work for u, when u get the error, and relogin on a diff acc, try going into a game and then log back onto ur main.
Tried it, didnt work for me -.-"Ok im not saying this will work for you but it did for me wat i done was :
Remove every single file of CF from my PC
Downloaded a new client and installed it
then when i log on i go into clan server and just sit in one of the channels for
about 5-10 mins after i did this i could play fine with no errors at all
(I have done this over 100 times now and not once got the error)
but like i said it may only work for me hope it works for you guys to
When I try that, either 'Disconnected from server' or 'Hack tool detected(1)' errors appears and client shuts down. -
Hey guys they're going to fix/patch this problem next week alone with some new update
So don't worry and just wait for one more week
I have been waiting for 2 month for this
can't wait to start playing again.
i hope you're right - i coulnt play this game for so long... I need to do something to get my money back i spent for features i couldnt use because of the ******* problems... -
i'm really ****ed of. if you don't fix this problem asap i will go back to other games i played before. i'm sure that you are losing a lot of gamers right now because of this problem and such a game can't survive without its gamers... that's why you should hurry up

How many times a day this happened......................It happent like 10 times in a row.... now its telling me hacktool detected, the fact is, i never hacked, please help? got nothing running in background when im playing to maximize gameplay. -

incorrect mapinfo
well some time i can play up to all day and then it happends when that happen i turn off labtop for 20min and play again but it works some time and lets hope they well make a new update patch cause i wanna play with my clan and my friends so pls help us fix this problem CF -
So far I tried
# port forwarding
# run as admin for all .exe in CF folder
# running in vista mode
# running xp and xp sp3 mode
# with no antivirus
# with no router, just modem...
# gamebooster, smartclose.
# downloaded the game like 5 times for new clients
# restart router and modem
# switching off ICMP wan ping blocking
I use Windows 7.
AV is eset smart security.
Router is belkin N+ modem router.
Cable internet connection.
My computer is connected via ethernet cable.
I have wireshark captures, also have given them to grey.
