I've also encountered this glitch as well today spent 40k for 100k, however still awaiting a reply from the ticket i sent, hopefully they will enlighten us about the situation soon.

Is the Guaranted number from Buying a VIP is used immediatly or can be saved for the last number ? ( just an exemple )

Impossible for players who are not buying ZP to get 400 draws... lmao. Max is 100 draws.

Guys, if you are not getting your draws for any reason, first open in a new browser, login and logout of CF. If that still didn't work, submit a Support ticket so they can assist you. Don't worry, you will get your draws

I think there is a bug on bingo.. I made bingo 2 times and I didn't received my crates, also i bought 10 draws and I didn't received them.. I sent 2 tikets..but I don't know if the section was correct..Support Technical Issue?

also i bought 100K zp . and i bought the shuffle thing. so i have 95K zp left.. but when i try to buy 40k zp for 100 draw my zp went down to 15 k zp .. like wtf?

Same thing here... I didnt get many of the draws i was supposed to get. Also their is a problem with the GP crates as well, took 2-3 days after I won a wep ..etc before I even recieved it, then they were automatically expired! I wasted almost 80k GP for nothing! THANKS

Guarunteed number will be more expensive but if you buy draws you can get unlucky so it depends how much you wanna spend

They are looking into it. The same thing happend to me twice today as to many other peoples too.
