Yes you could get duplicate numbers, that's why it's random and you could get your number on board or different number or get the same number on board more than once which would be useless.

Every time I spend 20 draws I get only 4 or 5 correct numbers. What should I do ? Is that normal?:(

then use 4-5 regular free draws and buy the last number

If I buy that cart icon next to the guarantee tab will it auto take zp or do I have an option to choose how many I want? And the change prize is it random or when I buy it do I get to pick what prize I want?

There is a confirmation page, so just clicking the cart will not automatically deduct ZP. Depending on what you're buying, some items you can only buy 1 at a time, some items you can buy 5 at a time.

Reshuffle is random.

each day you can get 5 draws. 1 draw = 1 hour gameplay
8 x 5 = 40 draws
So you have 48 draws for free left

Forgot the 60 hours gameplay, that gives 20 extra. So you can get 68 draws for free.

No it doesn't, each user will have their grand prize set but you can change it using ZP 1,000 for one Shuffle.

there is no limit to it. However, the price of it increases at certain points when you have more of your tiles on your card filled.
the first 10 tiles through the Guaranteed Number cost 2k ZP each
tiles 11-20 through it cost 5k ZP each
and the last 5 each cost 25k ZP using it.

It'd be more expensive to use all guaranteed tiles than to Buy Draws and only use the guaranteed numbers for if you're down to 1 or 2 and need to get them for sure. (even then sometimes it's rather expensive...)
