I blame Virus. he broke Bingo!
but hopefully you guys can figure it out soon. It's a pretty addictive thing and I was hoping to finish off a few more tile sections for some crates -

If we play during the time when is disabled are we going to get our draws when it will be up again ? -
Guys hate to break it to you but it probably wont be up for a while.. Not because it's bugged, that could be a quick fix but because they also have to check and refund every single person affected by it before putting it back up which will probably take a long time.

I have zp missing and when I wrote to support they replied that they don't know what issues i'm having but after checking the bingo which I can't access because of error I noticed people on forum and I have both ZP and bingo issues, I hope they can fix it before the 27th.....

Still waiting for my 100 draws or zp refund, how is fixing the bingo site ok but then leave those that still have problems while the even goes on?
My thoughts exactly I go away for the weekend so now I have litreally 0 chance of completing the event if my draws arn't here today so they've screwed me big time! -
Not sure about crates but no one has received a refund on draws yet. I suspect that they will refund a majority of people tomorrow(or today depending on timezone), once their work hours start. They made the patch to fix the Bingo event even after the hours listed as when they are working(9am to 6pm EDT), so from everyone else's perspective it feels like they forgot(or just didn't do) the refunds for the people who lost zp to the glitch, and that they would have expected that as well considering it's a big deal. Objectively however, aside from the glitch being z8's responsibility in the first place, I think many of you should be grateful that the staff(or whoever) were willing to stay 2.5-3 hours overtime just so they could ensure the issue was fixed for you all the same day instead of the day after. Everything in perspective.
By the way i'm writing this despite the fact that i'm still waiting on a zp refund for the draws I lost as well. Once you understand the situation however, it turns from very upsetting to just slightly inconvenient, but then again the world doesn't revolve around you, or me. So suck it up and wait until the staff check in for work in the morning, and i'm sure that they'd be much more happy to help all of us if they didn't have to read people ***** and complain when they decide to go home for the night after having worked 3 hours overtime for the sole purpose of trying to make a video game more enjoyable for all of you.
And I don't even like z8 staff that much(not as people, but just as a system), in fact I think there are a lot of improvements that need to be done to this game that aren't being done. But i'm not going to blame them for something that isn't their fault especially not when they did everything they could within reason to try and fix it the same day they found out about it. So neither should any of you. -

If it takes them till tomorrow and they refund my draws but I'm away then I've lost 40kzp cause I will not be able to use them.
See my point on how they've screwed me, if this was a bank or any other company they would be working round the clock to get their customers fixed the fact they haven't updated us like they said they would is annoying.
So I'm stuck in limbo as for suck it up we the consumer shouldn't have to when we've paid are hard earned cash.
And they fixed it so they didn't lose any money during the event time seems fair doesn't it..
