Failure to receive bingo draws after spending with Z8 Points (100)
Hello, I bought 100 bingo draws about 40,000 ZP/ Z8 points and then I got an error message for some reason and took all of my remaining ZP but failed to receive the 100 bingo draws. I already submitted a ticket about this problem. Many people/players are experiencing this type of situation. Up until now, we still havent got our bingo draws. Please fix this as soon as possible. Hope to hear from you soon.

Not sure about crates but no one has received a refund on draws yet. I suspect that they will refund a majority of people tomorrow(or today depending on timezone), once their work hours start. They made the patch to fix the Bingo event even after the hours listed as when they are working(9am to 6pm EDT), so from everyone else's perspective it feels like they forgot(or just didn't do) the refunds for the people who lost zp to the glitch, and that they would have expected that as well considering it's a big deal. Objectively however, aside from the glitch being z8's responsibility in the first place, I think many of you should be grateful that the staff(or whoever) were willing to stay 2.5-3 hours overtime just so they could ensure the issue was fixed for you all the same day instead of the day after. Everything in perspective.
By the way i'm writing this despite the fact that i'm still waiting on a zp refund for the draws I lost as well. Once you understand the situation however, it turns from very upsetting to just slightly inconvenient, but then again the world doesn't revolve around you, or me. So suck it up and wait until the staff check in for work in the morning, and i'm sure that they'd be much more happy to help all of us if they didn't have to read people ***** and complain when they decide to go home for the night after having worked 3 hours overtime for the sole purpose of trying to make a video game more enjoyable for all of you.
And I don't even like z8 staff that much(not as people, but just as a system), in fact I think there are a lot of improvements that need to be done to this game that aren't being done. But i'm not going to blame them for something that isn't their fault especially not when they did everything they could within reason to try and fix it the same day they found out about it. So neither should any of you.
They should of kept the bingo offline till everything is correct including peoples missing zp and bingo draws otherwise there letting the event carry on while those that that have there missing zp or draws may not be around. Its all about money as usual -

I bad 2 numbers left and i uses One guranteed number but it bugged out and Completed the whole Board.. so i couldnt use my Shuffle Prize Option - bought a couple of them.. since then my Page is bugged. -
This is unbelieveble. Its hard to believe I've been 8 years this unlucky. Now I've spent 112k Zp and I'm still 4 numbers away. This is frustrating when in 100 draws you get the same number 5-6 times but not even your draws. 50 Draws and only 2 numbers like are you serious? Unfortunately I was caught on the hype at the beginning and decided to put my money on this but this will be the last time. Might as well just try to get the goddamn weapon now. Buying 4 guaranteed numbers for 100k is just ridiculous.

Submit a ticket if you haven't done so yet. If you have submitted a ticket and got a reply then they have looked at your case, if you haven't sent a ticket then send one today and you will get an answer and any missing draws hopefully. -

someone help me..?Those list of crates you added which I edited out are Bingo Crates.
You get some of them when you complete 5 numbers vertical,Horizontal
and Diagonal line of 5 numbers.
