You'll understand if I'm careful in declaring "YOU'RE RIGHT" before I know you're right, since I post in a somewhat official capacity in the eyes of an average forumer.
I had Creative_E saying he could play just fine on XP, at that stage disqualifying the few others saying it was XP - the truth was somewhere in between, as usual.
Jumping on every possible cause publicly would be irresponsible before knowing the facts, but yours and others diligence with the XP thing was important and there was an ongoing discussion outside the forum.

Patience is key here, I guess (GUESS!) it's a manual process that takes some time.

Players who have had a previous autoban for hacking have not had any of their bans removed. You have lost the trust of your fellow gamers by hacking in the past. This recent ban does not mean you get a free pass because you may or may not have been hacking.
We are confident that our systems are picking up these newer hacks and we continue to do all we can against hackers and to improve the game.
We are by no means out of the woods, however continual updates to our anti-hacking measures may result in Windows XP incompatibility. Windows XP is an old, unsupported operating system and we may not be able to fix your problem should it arise again.
We recommend players upgrade their Operating System to a legitimate copy of Windows 7 or Windows 8.
In addition, please note that Windows 8.1 support is still in development and while CF should run fine on Windows 8.1 it may not be fully supported.

Yes you can login after your 3 days ban is over. You get your ribbon back only if this was your first ban. -

Yes, i saw this hands before by alot hackers. when you turn on some things like no recoil the hands will change a bit. same at ur brother -

I know alot about hacks, becouse i report them alot. and i saw enough on youtube, btw my history wasnt also clean.. but since 2010 im a clean player -

nah not really, im not an egyptian but they got site's where they can download full iso win 7 or win 8.. but i think the computers there cant run it -

I know one thing after all of this i am getting a new computer this summer lol.. Support seems to be backed up on tickets

7 Days ban i believe is a 2nd offense and they will not unban the account ( if i am correct ).
