Because they do nothing against hacker.
Change Xtrap to PunkBuster, etc.

I have an error with X-Trap These days , when I start crossfire I get a massage from X-trap Which said system32/apphelp.dll .
I got I because I install windows 8.1 pro in my computer .
I have windows 7 before it and it's working good in windows 7 please can you fix this error in windows 8.1 pro because this windows is realy fast and I am tired to install windows .

And fix the ****ing desktop-switch-bug.
everytime is switch to my desktop my CrossFire stops working and "Send Error Report?" displays. This sucks, Saidin.

You would want to go to Support and go under Technical Support and then go from there, I doubt you will get an answer here but it is best to take your problem to Support.

so you finally wake up after all my reports on other account not on this one were you banned 0 of them and ireported them after 1month when the first vip was released so you needed ages to patch that bot and now you say we dont allow that and dont tolerate it after earning lots of money. That bot helped you was the nearly the only reason why g4box got so much money out of the vip weapon releases

Hacking is against youre ToS too that doesnt mean and you never did give hackers a secound chance so iam asking why you give them a secound chance they used a 3rd party program with that action you only say do what you want but do it only if we can get money out of it with that action you allowed in my opinion nearly all kinds of farmbots you only banned this farmbot because the community cryed but why dont you patch the other bots that are currently around and you cant even make anythink correct vmware is still usable they bypassed it within 2hours xtrap should blame themselves for not patching virtual machines its not that hard is it?

Wow just admit that most of the players that were banned were vip/ big money spenders. I can see no other reasons for unbanning and actually returning HS ribbons other than that because it hasn't been done before. So really the point of this announcement is to show what? Farmers still win no matter what? lol Money truly runs the world

from what i read, obama... i mean saidin, didn't take an outright stance on the punishment of farm bots saying it would affect accounts, only that it is a 3rd party tool and it is illegal, what i mean by this is that because it is a 3rd party tool they are against it but are not punish bot farming even though it requires using a 3rd party tool. i know it is invalid logic but as far as i can tell there is no stated punishment for it even though it uses a 3rd party tool in which it makes game play unfair.

How about you guys focus on actual hackers and not these "nade farmers". They have little to no effect on the community and only do it for rank. Actual hackers (i.e. Flying, Speed, Aimbot etc.) ruin matches and are unfair. Also if somone dosent want to leave a room with a hacker in it because they dont want to get desertions. Its the biggest issue and people need to stop getting mad over rank. I know they also get a lot of GP but they have already spent 100$-500$ on CF anyways. I think GP is the least of our concern as a community. Please note I am not defending farming.

Nade farmers use a 3rd party that isn't allowed, same thing as hacking so yeah...

But tbh they should ban them & remove all the EXP they made thanks to the bot, i wanna see other ranks beside marshals on the top 100.

(Should remove the exp from people that been on more then 24 hours, no one really plays for 24 hours just to get exp beside the bots that does it for them when they sleeping..)

This... is so damn annoying to wait until game ends to alt+tab. Sometimes I need to accept guys in the clan or get in TS3, etc.

Really nothing bad is going to happen.. mostly everyone is getting unbanned or getting their ribbon back... they should of just banned them since they abused the 3rd party..

yes but it benefits their revenue, so not likely anytime soon

they just made a post about it being illegal because it requires a 3rd party tool which was obvious, just didn't want to sound like hypocrites or make their silence about the issue make others think it isn't an issue, their intention with this post was to discourage people as far as i can see not exactly punish them because, one they probably don't want this to be added to the batch of their reports and/or two, it goes against increasing profits, ideally speaking it is more a community issue to them than a game play issue, so it is far on the back burner when it comes to the community in this game, that is not their priority, because it is a small percentage of the people who actually play the game.

definitely farm Bots are Unfair!

Definitely farm Bots are Unfair.However,Most of the players who are posting here do not own any VIP gun.I see when I play a regular match mainly FFA ,I get kicked for owning 4 VIP guns however I don't care because I make my EXP in one game and they need to play 10 long matches to win the same amount of exp as mine.
