Problem Windows 8

Hey, soldiers!

So, dudes, Microsoft released the new Windows 8 Beta and I downloaded it to test it out... till now, everything was perfect... all of my games and programs were running perfectly...

I haven't played CF for months, but yesterday a friend invited me to play with him...

When I click START, though, there's an error message from XTRAP, about compatibility... i thought: 'I can use compatibility mode'... so I selected Windows XP SP3... then, XTRAP says that CF can't be ran using compatibility mode...

so, is there a way for me to play CF without uninstalling W8? Thank you, mates.

Well, it is obvious

Seeing as how Windows 8 is in a Beta, and it JUST came out for public testing, I don't think that CF would be able to be run on that OS for now.

This also applies to Xtrap, which told you the error from your 1st SS.

And pls learn to resize your SS, it doesn't have to be HUGE, just do the normal forum board size (around 640 X 480)

XTRAP hasn't patched the files so it can ran on that operating system. There isn't anyway unless you return to previous Windows.
