Omg I formated my Hard disk, i restarted EVERYTHING. I just have Mumble and Norton.
I disable XFire before playing. i launch gamebooster and everything. And again, and again this "Incorrect Map info" or "Hack tool has been detected" -_-"
It is REALLY annoying now. I can't play since march, and we are in JUNE now. In more than 3 months, admin didn't do anything ? It is a real game ? Should I buy a 70 § game (Like call of duty) to play it when i want ? or 200 € ZP is not enough ?
I am disappointed of CrossFire, I've spent too much money on a game which doesn't work. -

i get an error code reading: 02-0400-00000000-529 and it also says Some functions of the opperating system are not working properly due to external program. please close any program wich is affecting game client. I have tried everything to fix it but it still wont work has any1 got any idies please? i miss crossfire

hey!!!!!!! This is happening to me too! I havent been able to play for months!!! Someone fix this!!!#@$# -
1. What Anti Virus program are you using?
I am using 360杀毒
2. Have you added any X-trap or game files to an exception list?
I added crossfire to my firewall exception list
3. Have you tried disabling the virus program during installation and running of the game?
Yes I did
After when my HGW Watcher is done loading my X-trap Engine says
CODE_FIELD [02-300-00000000-603]
and something about insufficient system resources. Can you tell me all the programs I need to run Crossfire I spended so much money on this game -
im using Avast. i didnt do anything. ive been playin the game lone enough and this is the first time i had this prob to all the game im playin. im playin many games MMORPG and this one CF. and CF is the first time that had a problem like this. and it detect and blocked ROOTKIT just now like 40 mins ago. i played the game to day like 4 hours ago, the game works well till now.

hi, i reinstall the game. and while patching i turn off the ANTI VIRUS. and yes after patching i did enter the game. and then i log off the game to open the ANTI VIRUS and turn it on. and guess what. it did again detected the ROOTKIT on the CF.exe and now client wont work again. so does it mean from now on i should run the game client without the protection of ANTI VIRUS? -.-

- Yes
its the crossfire.exe prob and for sum reason a file called rootkit is counted as a virus

then copy them and replace them in ur CF file! -
Go to your crossfire folder and delete the following folders
HGWC
LOG
XTrap
no worries it will replace them its self
there may be a problem with the old files merging with the new ones
If your on vista or windows 7 additionally you may try setting patcher_cf to run as administrator in the instance the administrative privileges are bugging in the application switch -

tried it, not working......... tried it like 5 times actualllyyy -

Trend Micro Internet Security 2009

Yes
3. Have you tried disabling the virus program during installation and running of the game?
No during installtion and Yes during play
For me EVERY game that has X-trap as a gamegaurd or w/e, the games always have my task bar popping up like its trying to minimize but can't and keeps on doing it
