As a relative old timer, I remember the last couple times moderators were chosen. When the powers that be select mods, they are looking for people that can do more than simply delete spam posts off the forums. They are looking for someone who genuinely loves the game, has the best interest of the community at heart, and possesses the personal maturity to represent z8games.
Honestly, given these three criteria, I believe the two logical choices are...well, obvious: Denxi and Lolli.
Denxi has literally been around forever. He's done it all too. He's the incarnation of the competitive community. Like blindrob before him, Denxi would be an adept go between for the competitive community and z8's staff.
In many ways, he's also like blindrob, mature sensible, and intensely skilled. If only denxi developed a taste for VNV Nation and a knack for the Winchester, he would be Rob's perfect replacement.
Lolli Ranger, aka Freckelz, is also an old timer as well as an active forumer. This stereotypically feisty redhead is known though-out the forum population for her, at times, brutal honestly and quick wit. Yet, like any dedicate teacher, she has ignored the flak thrown her way and continued to help all over the forum. Her maturity and matronly though love demeanor would be an excellent addition to the moderating team.
Of course, the actual decision is up to z8's community managers. But, as a former player who is in a leadership and managerial position in the real world, I firmly believe that these two superb individuals stand head and shoulders above the rest of the applicant pool.

Please tell me you are joking. Don't have anything personal or whatever against them, Denxi seems cool, but there are forces out of reach that determine these things...

Like I said regardless of whether he wants to or not he would seriously be one of the best IMO. It's a statement, not a request for him apply or to be chosen.
I wouldn't want to be a moderator either as I like to be objective and support the little people and that may well involve speaking out against Z8games, although when I do speak out against decisions I do not have just the little peoples interest in mind but also Z8games (i.e the 30 ribbon thing that benefits noone at all).
I would only become a mini dictator/censor and tow a certain line for cash, so until they are paying it would be of no interest to me either:D -
