would you rather have 90 ping or 10 ping?

Hahah, this kid. He put this up because I got new internet I went from 23ping. To 90 ping since I moved to Arizona.
He said haha you have 90 ping you must suck. I replied with I like sniping more on 90ping than I did with 20.
He got butt hurt, to bad so sad. My opinion is my opinion.
He said I get later reg, but honestly, I don't feel later reg at all.
I also haven't "no reg'd" yet, unless I'm rifling.
[Maybe I haven't had the ping long enough, only had it for about 2days]
~To anyone who cares as to why I like sniping better with 80+
I feel like I tank more, and I can interp the **** out of kids.
Also shoulder peeking with 80+ compared to shouldering with 20
Seems a lot different to me. (Once again, my opinion) -
I've played with 26 ping a couple time's when i was staying in so*cal, there is a HUGE difference between that and what i play with constantly, well it also doesn't help that my router is upstairs and computer downstairs, wifi = very bad reg. so i've just gotten used to either constantly tapping the head if im rifling, or if i awp someone, to immediately look back at my target to make sure they've fallen, can't wait till i get my new place in a month gonna go all wired without a doubt.

obviously 10 ping. the lower the better because there is virtually no lag.
I met a guy with 0 ping, he lived like next door to z8
Not logically possible, as that would mean 0 packets of information have been sent and received to and from the server.
Even if you're hosting the server, you'd still have a ping of 1+. -
No. I have 9, and I still have a little bit of reg issues. It's also crazy how fast people can peak me, and I can't even react. Since 35-45 is in the middle of every average pings, you have a slight advantage on anyone you play.
Let's say a 70~ pinger peaks me (9 pinger). I have at max 0.25 seconds to react, and even if I do react fast enough it doesn't register because I'm already dead on their screen and this game is coded poorly.
Meanwhile, if you had 35-45 ping you would have a much larger gap to react to both lower pingers, and higher pingers. You also get close to perfect reg as well (not air reg).
Although I LOVE completely shiitting on people with my 9 ping peaks, people can still do the exact same thing to me. I also LOVE how fast I get reg, but 35-45 ping is NOT that much different at all, I used to play with it all the time.
EDIT: Also you know that tiny gap where if you're dead on the other persons screen, and you shoot them and it does 0 damage? That's much smaller in most cases aswell.
Whoa... someone knows how the server reacts besides me?
I applaud you sir -

Alot of people know how and why, just most of them like me don't feel like whining about it or making videos of how the game sucks. Don't understand why so many people say the game sucks but continue to play the game. -
Its fun but it sucks? How do those two mix? And do you usually complain about the things you have fun with?
CF does its job as an FPS game poorly. It's filled with bugs, it's built terribly, and is NOT run well. It sucks. That doesn't mean that playing it can't be fun.
Just because something does its job poorly doesn't mean that you can't enjoy it. -
I remember pubbing in open beta with 50 ping perfect reg,I enjoyed playing the game.
I don't even remember if I was good back then because it was all for fun.
Now You are constantly judged by sh1ttys who are always looking to classify others as good or bade or average or above average.
ugh,I could write paragraphs -

It isn't ping being reported, it is latency. Ping is a fixed size packet determining the transit time of that packet from send to response receipt. It cannot be an indicator of anything other than the base speed of a connection. You can have an incredible ping but poor latency because an 80 byte packet is not the same data configuration as the information going back and forth between client and server. You have multiple ports doing different things, and a router may be overloaded on that port for a few seconds, while an ICMP packet goes along it's merry way.
I know that, my point it, it's not possible to have below 1, unless it's a bug/glitch. -

I've arguably played this game as longer than anyone. (Tied with people who started day 1, of course). I know everything about this game. There's not one thing you can tell me that I didn't already know. -

id rather have 2 ping like many people ive seen. SCREW 10 THAT JUST ISNT GOOD enough after playing with 70 + for 3 years. I probly didnt reg over 200000 shots. to be honest.
Id go down to 10 ping and hope to only not reg on 20k shots per 3 years. would be a vast improvement. I dont see how anyone could say a higher ping is better. Peeker advantage is hardly an issue if you shoot and you dont reg. and the other shoots later and wins simply cause things reg faster. Every 10 ping is like 1 bullet u get on your opponent. guns shoot very fast. reaction time is even negated by someone with low ping, vs someone with high ping. I can shoot consistently .075 seconds faster than any 10 pinger and if they also hit me i lose every single time. I fail to see how having higher ping can ever be better with that in mind. -

~10 ping in west
~90 ping in echo
I get interpd with both pings
with 10 its not as often, but when it happens, it is ridiculous [ex: running away from long a on eagleeyes only to die when youre in front of the tower]
with 90 it happens constantly, but it isnt as big of a problem as with 10 ping [ex: running away from long a on eagleeyes only to die in front of the two boxes]
10 ping has amazing reg
90...not so much
can't comment on sauce's opinion of 35-45 ping as I dont have that in any server but it seems like a sound idea -
i had 10 ping for a month when i went to canada 2 years ago..
it was so awesome.. reg was so much better..
but the game was pretty new that time..
i have 37-43 ping now
i have reg issues.. with lower and higher ping..
id say it depends on your ISP, router, and internet speed
Cable modem , DSL
just my .02 -
