Can I affect on ZP gifting if I play CF at the moment?
Today my friend was trying to gift me ZP (100k btw ^^), but I logged in my CF acc. ready to play and It said: Your ID has been loged in...
Then I re-loged in and at ZP it was saying: Waiting.
My friend than told that ZP transfer failed. I just want to know this, because I'm afraid he might lose money and I don't get any ZP. :S

No one is gonna give you 100k Zp randomly, its a "lure". He will then ask you to give him your information to submit the payment manually, and Boom! you got hacked. -

He can't gift you zp like that
He probably scammed you
Or he used the options prepaid card, you better wait with that till tomorrow till the patch and site has been updated!
And relogging stuff, mostly is because someone is on your account or you DCED, game card all of the sudden! -
