so i reported a hacker and 4 seconds later i look in the contact history and it says my report is closed? someone needs to fill me in one this
are they really rejected? i do it what it asks
or is it a stupid BIG bug that needs to be fixed -_=
message me asap for i'm not gonna waste time reporting and nothing is getting through
Dude i did my first report one week ago and i'm looking contact hystory all of them still closed.What does it mean,our report doenst care ? -

Everything good.
But one thing isn't, i can't sign both 1 and 5 rounds,because must past just one number.
Maybe for u this one round not enough and hack in that round not so much visible..
Going to send two reports or what?
Or maybe i don't understand something, coz i saw this:
"Rounds that Hacking Occurred" - rounds, plural...

Z8 Have already proven they ban ZP buyers.
As for them not getting banned straight away, you don't realise how many reports Z8 get and have to go through, it takes time. -
I've just reported a guy and tried new system, it's bad that u ask for IGN, most of the CHEATERS have weirdo names and it's not easy to locate, and for teamdeath matchs it asks for rounds of hacking what should we type there ? I think u should consider to put JPG's as well with those replays to track down freaking names as well

I have a great idea to make this game more fair, A Force Screenshot ingame an submit button. Viewing Screenshots is easier then viewing replays. That will likely bann wallers . but for aimbotters an no recoilers an speed hakers, well that's needs a better idea. SAIDIN, when are you guys going to update the patch again... the BUNCH of little kids who QQ cause they suk at this game, paid $100 each for a HAACK TEAM, to develop a new haak, that makes them warp from location to location, on the map... and its
very hard to kill them.
Please update this game ASAP, so the nub kiddies will once again QQ.
And help retain your ZP $ paying clients, like me.
I have paid over $100 for this game, and it got so many haakers and QQ nubs abusing
the vote kick.
Wish i never found this game, i woulda put $59.99 for great value game at bestbuy and
have less headache dealing with nubs. -

It's not z8's fault, and YES they do ban hackers even if they wasted over 500$ to ZP's, only takes very longer then u expected... They check thousands of replays and it takes time, because %90 of the reports are clean, many ppl reported me of hacking kicked maybe over 1000 times in 2 years when I was the ACE...I am here..it's skill... people are so pathetic to deal with talent..or to see difference between SKILL and HACK.Whoever better then u must be hacking... so don't blame z8 when it takes times -

I rather in game admins, like I used to see on counter strike servers, honest,clean & very active players or admins of the z8 doesn't matter...just people with some authority who takes immediate action and who wouldn't use these rights for his own EGO ( < MOST DIFFICULT PART BUT ALSO NECESSARY ) for example : bad language : instant 3 days ban, obvious aimbotters & wallers put on hold to investigate with saved replay would be much more effective and may help to keep up game CLEAN .
there will be always Hacking issues...and hackers will be messing game till they are banned or z8 patches the game, if u pay like 17$ each month for this game for armor,nade,and whole +EXP items meanwhile cheaters messing up with your ratio, u feel like you are throwing your money to trash -

I hate to break it to you, but you are not the only one reporting hackers. Reporting 5 people means we'll get to them eventually, but 5 people is a small drop in the ocean of reports we go through. And FYI our ban to report rate is higher than 10 in 100. -

Yes, but that don't mean I haven't reported over 20 Br's hacking and all I get is "Thank you for your report we will look into this" and they still playing after weeks of report with the new system.
This don't mean I'm mad at you, I'm pi$$ed at how I still see 10 BR's in each Alpha room and right now at least 5 of them hack/ either fake to be good, or really 1shoting around.
I also actually asked you nicely like 2-3months ago for a Fansite Kit update and you said that you had it in your list of upcoming things "soon" but, for me soon means like weeks not months. I wouldn't even touch the game to do some Fansite works but thats not all; I been waiting for my coupons back of the BM bug, they gone and I send 2 support tickets, either they get closed or not replied at all and my coupons still lost. I would love to see a Ping Capped Server and we all know BR's in this game ruin everything, I would rather see a NA/CA player hacking than 50 BR's hacking. Thank you. -

Oops I thought it meant what round they start hacking and since my replay I sent has two hackers I was trying to put 6 and 19 then eventually just put 6
