Most of the SPOP users are low skilled that is an undeniable fact.
Even if the SPOP has the same hitboxes that the regular characters it looks smaller, which is an advantage. In this case I think it is a slight advantage but it is still there. Saying that visual effects make no difference since the hitboxes are the same is just dumb. If there was a midget character with the same hitboxes would it be the same?...
I don't even know what that character is doing in a FPS anyway, it just makes the game look even more ridiculous than it already is.

Just thought I would point that out...and for your "guide"...it isn't really a guide. All I really see is a thread made by a person who is tired of going into matches and getting "picked on" based on what character they use. I'll admit when the spop first came out, most of people who used it were upper skill level players...but like the scar light...as popularity raised...so did the questions about it being "too easy".
