Just thought I would point that out...and for your "guide"...it isn't really a guide. All I really see is a thread made by a person who is tired of going into matches and getting "picked on" based on what character they use. I'll admit when the spop first came out, most of people who used it were upper skill level players...but like the scar light...as popularity raised...so did the questions about it being "too easy".
Did you get that definition from Urban dictionary or are you being serious? And as far as it being a guide, it's less of a guide about game play and more of a guide for how to be a human being. I hope that point doesn't escape you as you may spend more time on the internet looking up definitions than is healthy.Why pay to play with a chick, when you can not pay to play with a man...???

And as for this man. Well, he certainly exhibits the viewpoints of the vast majority of players in this game. Yep, you use a girl so you are automatically gay.
This guide was probably more to preach tolerance than anything, though the thing about the hitboxes is true. And for everyone that keeps talking about the visual profile being smaller, that's true, no one is arguing that. What i'm saying is that a half decent play will be able to hit that. Honestly, i've taken some shots very close next to a SPOP that was cornering and I got the kill. -

Urban Dictionary? Yea...If Webster's Dictionary is considered Urban...then yea...also a guide on how to "be a human being"...are you freaking kidding me? If you wanna learn how to be a better human being...go talk to your parents/elders, or go read any of the religious texts. If people are looking for morals or a gaming forum...I think they are past being helped...ohhh yea... and the definition was in my head already since I play a lot of scrabble...*wink* spending 1 minute of my time to search up a word I already know isn't really considered "unhealthy"...But the reaction I have to belittling someone on a gaming forum...well...Is almost Orgasmic...and could be considered "unhealthy" -

i tried all the characters in the game and I do not think there are major differences between them. The fact that the image displayed on the screens of SPOP is smaller and more pale color of GSG9 character than other characters do not justify the 8200 ZP! As I said above, I have all the characters in the game and yet I returned and continued playing with my old SAS! -
Intro: As we all know one of the most controversial subjects in crossfire is the SPOP female character model. You can purchase this model for 8200 zp so only those who pay to play or do enough surveys have access to this character. It is an increasingly common phenomenon in Pubs (Public Games) and even in the clan servers during scrims. This guide is here to dispel some myths and to inform the general populace about the SPOP character.
Size and Shape of the Character Model: The first thing that everyone will notice when they first encounter an SPOP is that they look skinnier than the normal SAS, OMOH, or SWAT characters. This may confuse you at first but dont be fooled, the hit boxes ARE THE SAME, I repeat, ARE THE SAME as the other character models. So as long as you keep a cool head and an trained trigger finger you will be fine.
Running and Walking Speed: When the SPOP first came out there were many threads that claimed the SPOP "ran faster." This claim is entirely false as your run speed is determined by the mobility of your weapon. The SPOP has the same running speed as every other character model.
Rank and Skill Claims: There are many people who claim that those who use the SPOP are all "noobs." This is simply slander by those who are frustrated when they encounter the SPOP. This generalization does not stand up as there is no rank requirement for the SPOP. The character model is used by players from all skill levels. Using a certain character model will never make someone a "noob."
Gender and Sex Claims: The same people that claim all SPOP users are "noobs" will also state that SPOP users are "Gay, Homosexual, Guys who can't get girls in real life, or 12 year old kids that want to get off." This again stems from the frustration they have experienced when playing SPOP users in pubs. SPOP are use by straight men, women, and other of different sexual orientations. To claim that all users are "gay" is offensive and detrimental to the crossfire community.
League and Clan Play: The SPOP is banned from tournaments according to the WOGL standards. This does not prevent players from using SPOP characters in the clan server during scrims. Each clan will have preferences when dealing with this character.
Final Thoughts: The SPOP will always receive controversy from the community as it is predominantly male based. Most of the males assume that they are always playing other males. However there is a percentage of the community, however small, that are something other than male. Once we learn to accept this and take this into account, I believe our community will benefit as a whole.

TBH, I would like it if SPOP was just considered fine - all other the characters look pretty bad.
But the fact that noone responded to sideeffect's post shows that there is an advantage, and it can't be denied.
It's not an issue of denial or response to one post in this thread. There is no advantage. That was explained in the guide. The first post, you know. You did read it right? -
Maybe you should read the good points others have brought up.
1. The Spop has an invisible hitbox. Therefore it is visually smaller. This leads to two problems. The first problem, as someone else mentioned, is the fact that if an Spop is hiding, and only its hitbox is sticking out, you will not see it, because the hitbox is invisible. Whereas if it was a normal character you would have seen the hitbox. See the problem? The Spop is just a naked woman basically that Z8 uses to appeal to a certain type of disturbed or otherwise hormonal person. Usually teenage boys I suppose.
2. The 2nd problem is it mentally screws people up. The hitbox is VISUALLY smaller, this will make it harder to turn and precisely aim into the body etc. Flick shots are also more difficult to do because you are not aiming for the invisible hitbox, you are aiming for the character itself.
Furthermore, why is she even out of the kitchen? women do not belong on the battlefield, this is a joke. Nor do women belong on the internet because there's an enormous misconception about women on the internet.
The internet is a place where the men are men, the women are men and if you REALLY are a woman, you probably look like a man anyway. That is really just how it is. Good looking girls do not play crap like this. It never happens, maybe 1 in a million, if even that.
Just wanted to point that out.
The reflex thing is why commutatively the spoop is looked down upon. Similarly to the scrub lite and smgs. -

He said he'd rather fight an armored team as opposed to a team of spoops. You think it screws up the ones with 'less skill and more smack talk'? How about the ones with the MOST skill and the LEAST smack talk? Just shows how off you are.
If you're biologically a female in real life(even though we all know you look like a man anyway), that's nice go for the spoop and pretend like you way 3 times less. But don't try to justify yourself. It's not working. Women belong in the kitchen, not on the battlefield. -
The Spoop is just unnatural. It makes CF look like a stupid game. pr0stitutes with small cleavage and visible thongs throwing pink grenades at each other. Yeah, that goes perfectly with a military fps.

Not pixels.) survived all this nightmare... And yeah, I'd wish to see you pushing your "women are for cooking" discutions in front of her. She'll break out your face out, and belive me, you'll prefer be cooking rather than fighting like she fought.

You're pretty off with everything you say. I realize it might be hard for you to realize this, but some people aren't serious on the internet. Now, I know this sounds crazy and astronomical to you, but some people possess a sense of humor. Now relax, don't get too excited, this isn't complicated, let me break it down for you.
When we are on the internet, we are anonymous, we can say whatever we want. So if I feel like I want to be a little sexist, just for the hell of it, I will be sexist, just for the hell of it. And if you want to be an egoistic little 14 yr old, go ahead kid, be an egoistic little 14 yr old, nothing is stopping you and you're doing a great job already! Woohooo!
The only reason french women serve in the army, is because french men are too busy taking it up the cuchie and eat ze poop and get a 6 month vacation and sit down during urination.
