Think this about nails it? Forget about delayed spectator mode, I just don't see it. If the game is broadcasted then those always have a delay. -

If you're referring to "broadcasting " by spec'ing matches then my answer would be
Let pubs scrubs have there spec'ing AND let us have our changes.

Friendly fire would be great in scrims, I see kids blocking eachother on the other team. My team does it as well and it ****es me off. They might figure out their position and teammates positions if they start losing rounds due to blocking and getting shot. -
I like these ideas.
The time thing should differ from mode to mode. GM should be the regular 2:30, while E.M and S&D can be lowered as they are somewhat faster paced then GM.
If we can enable Friendly Fire, then sprayers will be less abundant, which makes for less QQ in GM.
The downside is that if it is activated in pubs, no one will stop that one person from TKing everyone, leading to the whole team fighting themselves.
Your "late-join" idea for CW halftimes is pure gold (I'm sure many of us have thought up of this).
Everything you've stated being implemented to the CW server is perfect. I support. -

I only want these changes to be applied for S&D. But it would be interesting to see GM pick up the pace a bit. -

Dev's better implement all of this in the next couple of months. -
the 10 second freeze time? no wat would u need that 4. vent u can talk instantly dont need it there, typing u can type 1 sentence in that time so its not much good, we arnt buying wepons ya u change bags but it dosnt take that long. it takes like 1/2 a second

10 seconds is good for the strat caller when playing against high level teams.
I'd actually prefer 15.
