CF won't start?

Click the icon and everything, nothing's happening.
Tried to restart computer, still not working.
My friend is having the same problem

he's on xp, and i'm on vista.

I let it run , wont even get past the cfpatcher, when it finalled abrutly ended, it said couldnt find version.ini ... anyone else get this?

Same here its annoying me as well. I think maybe the servers crashed or something or the patcher itself is down somehow.
