When will UK servers get FIXED?!?

I get why people are lashing out at Vu , he is the only "authority" figure around here so they lash onto him. Anyways at this point for me Z8, Smilegate and the game developers or whoever is responsible for fixing the servers is incompetent period. I work in Multimedia and programming and nowhere around the world would somebody offer a crappy service like this and still ask for its costumers to pay and put money into it. 6 freakin months! Its easy to say "we are working on it" but cmon at least give some damn justifications to the people who are actually responsible for your game to be online. I know its free to play and trust me i put some money in here but ever since 2014/2015 never again i put my euros in this god forsaken game because its pointless.
Z8/Smilegate are greedy and that is why they are billionaires, i mean at least the CEO from my little search his fortune is evaluated in 6.1 Billions (correct me if I'm wrong) so we have a billionaire company who greeds tf out of their players but doesn't offer a decent service but I get why...CF China probably gives most of its profit so of course they wont address the issues with CF NA or buy new servers.
The solution for the players? Its easy stop playing or stop putting money in this game. I give props to the team that tries to make events and interact with players because they are probably restrained as much as we are or even worse and they still have to give their bodies into the bullets. But having events to keep the players will only take you so far. Again this thread will probably die out in the following week and another will show up so just stop playing or put money in the game. I sure did and only play because of my friends but Crossfire is no longer my priority. It saddens me to see how far we came regarding this issues (coming from a 8 year veteran of the game). -

You might be right, Any Reasonably Human calling them Selfs Game Masters here pipe up and say "We are under Attack" run for cover lol... its never gonna end. I believe the obvious problem here is the lack of communication. Things like this happen everywhere but real professional and successful companies are those that keep updating their users. Not like here wherw you only see one thing "we're aware of it and working on it."
Maybe share with the community the nature of the problem? Maybe try replying with what people want to here, like how far you,'re in fixes and so on -

Yes I said they should get rid of/"burn" the servers and get new ones instead of continuing to keep them on life support for half a year. Talk to whatever company is maintaining uk servers or the company from whom.they bought them and buy new ones smh. I have close to no reason to play the game other than the 2 hrs weekend event. The p90 in MP shop joke didnt helped either. -

The funny thing is that servers are down and all players angry but there is only 1 MOD respond for players and other 9 MOD see in silent because they don't have anything to say defending Z8.
Hahaha where is the person who became MOD with 40 POST ? I don't see her defens to the failed company -
Uk5 is bugged, you can't see who is online from your clan/friendlist..in UK1 i got 3 times in 3 games DIsconnected from HGW server (3 heart attak for me) in 20 mins...Uk4 is empty...so let's go to play in NA1 with 200 ping.
It's hard to close the game until you solve the problems?Alright, maybe you can lose money, but who is the crazy that will buy zp with these nasty servers? I think is better to lose some money for some days than lose players (veteran) for ever!!

you are "sure that they are working on it."..nice joke. From may patch there are people that still can't join in NA1-NA6-UK2. Sorry Deiv, but I don't think that they are working on the servers.. Like Kinderina already said since the may patch peoples can't enter some servers and the laggs and errors doesn't get fixed! Of course there are many threads about this, because we EU players want that our servers get fixed.. NA players like you with an low ping in NA servers can be happy, because everytime its just the UK servers that doesn't work properly and this shows us EU players that the GMs doesn't care about us anymore. It can't be that hard to fix the UK servers... I highly doubt that they can't fix the servers within a month while they can bring out new zp weapons.. And no nobody needs to say now bla bla bla it takes time to fix that etc.. because I know that it takes time, but they do not take any time for the servers just for new vips and new zp crates. You guys can't deny this fact! -
Who says NA is peaches and cream? I get dced and full server error trying to create rooms, not to mention having to play with godly ping flying and their constant ping making static sound every time they shoot. UK is worse but NA has it's issues also, but I can't complain anyways when 13-14 in a full room don't even have decent ping just means NA player base is dying even more.

Dont be so sure. CF has shown his face years now. I stoped donate before 5-6 years bcs this game its hopeless. Yeah there are already soo many threads about the servers but the point is that the servers are still not fixed. I am barking about the servers for 6 months but there is no response from the GMs as of yet.
How do you know that they are working on it? If they are working on it then why servers are still lagging and crashing for 6 months and not even a minor improvement has been made?
They didn't post a single comment about the servers.

If the high spenders stop spending money for the time perhaps it will push the GMs to act. So it's great that you are going to ask the biggest spender in this game to do so.
It would also be great if he came on the forums and urged everyone to stop spending money as well (as long as he decides not to deposit money himself)
I know it's going to be a bit hurtfull but it's the right thing to do. It still stings whenever I see a noble kukri or ak, but I decided I'm not spending another penny until something is done. -
