When will UK servers get FIXED?!?

  • this issue has been months and no sign of being fixed GG Z8
  • Congratulations Z8, UK servers are down once again.
As i said in my first post that don't feed me with "it's a weekend and GMs will look into it on Monday" thing. I am tired of it. I can't finish a single game.

Restarting servers will not solve anything. Just buy the new ones. A lot of people have spent lot of money on this game. We can at least expect decent servers or is this against the terms of use of Z8?

Rooms should be able to start in UK now, time will tell if the issues are gonna come back
Yeah, time has tell that these issues will keep coming back unless until you guys replace these servers with the new ones.
  • Anything related to servers gets an immediate ignore. They hoping we just get use to the lag or we forget about it.

I feel like this has been their usual way to deal with any kind of issue during the last two or three years...
  • Can't even start a room in UK server atm. Keeps loading and then kicks me back to the channel lobby. =']

This is not true, I spent time with a couple of GMs after the restart yesterday and we made sure everything was running fine in every single UK servers, and it did. They got on the problem as soon as they got in the office and if someone's in today (we're the weekend), they'll probably restart UK servers again today.

I get your frustration, especially since the situation is getting worse and we can't even start games right now, but it's not a reason to start spreading false allegations about the problems being ignored.
  • It seems restarting isn't doing it, maybe some new method? Thing is restart holding it for what a good 30-an hour until everyone hops off and comes to NA. I meant anything related to server threads but either way looking at how long it's been pretty much sad.

I played for a lot longer than 30 minutes-an hour yesterday and it was fine. the restart was just so that room would be able to be created, it obviously wasn't a hotfix for the lags, I even wrote in down yesterday.

    Have u played today ?
Have you noticed uk and na servers ?
Am talking about crossfire NA btw

Keyword "everything". If so if it was to fix creating rooms as you say what good is that when people freezing and reappearing somewhere else you can't have one or the other, takes both to have a playable game. If they can't make rooms UK will come to NA like it's been done for months from the servers acting up.

NA 1, 2 and 3 are full atm. Isn't that what they want? :/

I don't know about the NA servers, only played a game after noticing that UK weren't working at all (and I already said that I noticed it before), seemed okay-ish... for 160 ping.

But when they got restarted indeed "everything" was fine, I played for like 2 hours and didn't encounter the usual lag we've had these past months. Obviously fixing the issues isn't going to only take a reboot, but after the restart, everything was fine.

I'm sorry if people have schedules and aren't in the office. I'm for having things to do as well and not being able to just report the live situation of UK servers to the GM team 24/7, but how about you stop nitpicking on everything I say, conveniently turning the meaning of my sentences just to vent off your frustration at me (who by the way, can't do anything about this and just moderates this forum in a very lenient way, seeing as I don't just blindly infract/close threads where users answer me in such an aggressive way).

Once again I get that everyone is frustrated (I myself am pretty salty about this, especially on an event weekend), but spreading false rumors here about no one caring among the GM team definitely isn't gonna do anything good.

Did you and all of the GMs checked why servers needed to be restarted in the first place?
As i said please dont feed us with the same "it's weekend they will fix it on Monday" thing as numerous Mondays and Weekends have already passed and these servers are still lagging and crashing.

If GMs care about our frustration then why didn't they post a single comment or thread on these server crashing?
    Why are they ignoring us?

Dude this issue is not outstanding for 1 month or even 2 months but its been freaking HALF YEAR since we are dealing with these same problems. Not even a MINOR improvement has been made and you are saying that they are working on it?
Its been 6 months dude. I could fix a friggin spaceship in that time let alone the simple servers.
  • @[MOD]Vu Still sympathetic with them.
I can be sympathetic with whomever I want, if you think I should be arrested for this and that it's a crime, then you're welcome to come over to my house with a warrant, I live in the country of human rights.
Might I remind you that I'm sympathetic with you guys as well? Sympathy is a two-way street, and it looks like you can't even understand how sympathetic with you I am.

Because I have access to this kind of information? (hint : no I do not, I'm just a mod, I'm surprised I have to say it once again).

If you'd rather have me posting "it's being looked at" and close every thread, I can do that too.

I believe I already gave my personal answer to that question and we actually got back to square one.

You think I don't know for how long these issues have been hitting the UK servers? For your information, I only play in UK servers and I play quite a lot, so believe me when I say "I know!"

Since every takes my words literally I'll do the same. I seriously doubt you have the necessary skills to perform any kind of "fixing" to a spaceship.

Well when mods put "we" concerning server threads that's probably why people assume you know more information.

"I seriously doubt these GMs/ or whoever is in charge have the necessary skills to perform any kind of "fixing" to these servers."
  • They wont do anything as long as people give them money. They will just keep adding new useless VIP's and ZP crates, instead they should work on servers and in game glitches, bugs and most important hackers. Like I said, hire capable people in your company because people working there right now know absolutely nothing.
  • People are able to start games again. Servers are fixed guys.

    "Fixed" for now that is

They already were working yesterday, so it doesn't mean the issues with the UK servers are fixed, since the situation (not being able to create rooms) can happen again.

Every time I used "we" it was to talk about players in general, except once, when it was "me + a couple GMs" that were trying to create room and checking if they were running.

You can doubt it as much as you want, it doesn't change anything about your statement.

Actually, you are the only one who informed us that GMs are aware of this issue and they are trying to fix it otherwise we were in dark. I know that you did your job, bro. I am not being angry at you because there is no reason to be. Actually its the other way around. I am thankful to you.
I believe I already gave my personal answer to that question and we actually got back to square one.
    Ofc.

I know, bruh. I was just saying that we should not treat this issue as a new issue.

hahaha :D.... I really don't have any necessary skills to fix any kind of spaceship :P.

  • Guys stop bullying Vu... the Mods have no powers, its not like they live where the server runs =.=
Only thing they can do is complain to the GMs, and if they close their doors, then they got nothin'.

    Okay, daddy.
  • Mods and GMs arent related to these server issues , but who is supposed to tell us the main reason for these fails ?
And who is supposed to tell us the plan to fix them?
We need someone responsible here instead of being in the fog for 6 month and continuing
