When will UK servers get FIXED?!?
I know it's like 1000th thread on this issue but i still made a thread on it because i am tired of it.
UK servers are crashing,lagging and distorting for past 6 months and there is not a single post/thread by any GM regarding this issue. It's like they are deliberately ignoring this issue. New modes,VIPs, maps are keep coming but nothing has been done for the servers as of yet. The same crashing and lagging happening again n again n again n again. I played this game in the era of massive wave of hackers but this server thing is on a whole new level.
It's one of the most basic thing for any online game and you guys are doing nothing for these servers. I don't think that anyone would want to play on these servers anymore. You guys are destroying your own game. Kindly do something for these servers or this game won't survive another year with this kind of servers.
NOTE:
- Don't say that it's a weekend and GMs will look into it after the weekend because this issue is outstanding for 6 months.
- Don't say that GMs are looking into it when they are ignoring it for 6 months.
- Don't say that they can't fix servers with in a blink of an eye because this issue is outstanding for 6 months and 6 months are enough time to fix anything, ANYTHING!
Don't act like an ostrich who ,when frightened, instinctively bury his head in the sand in the hope that trouble will pass him by. The danger/problem would still be there whether you face it or hide your face from it!

Just because they don't post answers doesn't mean they're ignoring the issues, in fact it's something that's regularly talked about and inquired about (aka GMs asking us if UK is having issues at certain times, which servers, updates on the situation, etc), so no, they're not ignoring anyone, but maybe the fact that they can't disclose anything other than "it's being worked on" makes it so they don't post about it, because after a while everyone is understandably tired of reading this answer. Unfortunately, there's not much else to say.

At the end of the day, I can only hope they fix the servers. However, you're right about the content updates.
Edit: You must login to see that UK servers from 1 to 5 are completely dead atm. -
I don't understand why is so hard for GMs to say what is going on with servers, what caused the problem, when the problem will be fixed... When problem is happening and players of your game are going through same problem for 6 months, don't you think we deserve too know what is going on? It's like you're sending message to players that you don't care about us. Instead of adding new weapons, vvips etc. try to focus on improving your game (like fix friggin servers, create communication between players and developers-admins, fix ranked maybe since ranked is launched in every second game is at least 1 aimboter and other stuff that needs to be fixed and improved). Otherwise your game will probably die at these tempo, it will unless you do something about all of this problems you have for such a long time.

Exactly. I personally believe that the GMs are trying to fix the servers, but has anyone considered that perhaps they are unfixable?
The problem might be more fundamental than just a patch for the servers(i.e hardware related and/or capacity defiency etc) and after 6 months of trying and trying, a replacement might be in order.
As for the communication, noone is asking to be given in depth info about what's being done, but a little more transparency whould bring a lot more confidence in the GMs(this extends to all the problems this game has, for example the bug in the HMX ribbons).
To any GM that might read this, I was considering buying some ZP for crates but I don't want to invest in this game while I can barely play. And I know a lot of people who are of the same mindset, so perhaps a more costly solution now might bring more revenue later. -

Not really.. i already know what you will answer about this but i'm gonna say it anyway.
ANY other game that has an issue like that! would care more to solve it as soon as possible "not more than 6 months and 'haha' not fixed yet", because they care about the people who play their game and wouldn't like to upset them to the point of quitting for the lack of "giving a damn care".
We all can see that the only actual care giving here is about selling ZP! if not then why the issue still going on? don't tell me "we can't figure out the problem yet ~ because it been 6 months"
1st it started with 95% of the Egyptian players "anyone who has ping 70~100" keeps getting errors every single match / game and you didn't do anything about it
2nd it got to the whole UK servers that kept lagging / delaying / failing every day
3rd it got to NA servers as well
Now the game is unplayable at all thanks very much, and GMs still making ZP purchase offers because let's be true here.. that's what this game care about~Money Money Money Money~

I can't blame GM entirely. The problem lies with the upper hierarchy who has blocked their eyes and ears.
Look at the amount of GMs which Z8 has changed past 2-3 years. They are constantly changing the GM team without letting them to settle in to know about the game properly. We had Latosca who was active and now she is gone as well. Profile web page and clan page are entirely useless as compared to the previous ones. They are way too lazy to do anything. There is no ribbon tracking as of yet.

They could bought brand new servers for both UK and NA regions with the amount which MyYing_9 has spent on this game. They care about the money but they don't care about the return which stakeholders like us expect them to make.

That's a good idea.. new servers with a higher tick rate like Crossfire China, not the servers we got here -_- -
Rooms should be able to start in UK now, time will tell if the issues are gonna come back, but I just played in every UK server with GMs to check and I didn't have any issues, although some players got disconnected in the room right after the restart.
Again, it was just a restart that "solved" the impossibility to load a room. -

I know you do not know the answer but I am surprised by your sympathy with them , and sympathy for laziness and negligence here in Egypt is a crime.
Edit : Just a note of an Egyptian law and I know it is not enforceable here -
Half a year for a game having server issues isn't plenty of time.... okay there. If they made one sentence thread concerning about servers and that they're trying their best within those six months instead closing previous threads and telling people to report (not anyone in particular) would of been ideally nice. But even if those content patches that have to go through every maintenance, they got time to create those threads. But not one concerning the servers. How do you expect people to react? I personally don't want a paragraph just a sentence that they're trying their best.
People keep saying they're aware of it and trying to fix it, it's been half a year these restarts ain't doing nothing. -
Most people of my fl have quit already. I would call myself a veteran because I'm playing this game since the early beginning of 2009.
I don't know but I gave it a chance over and over again and came back. But now it's time for me aswell to move on and search for a better game with devs who actually do something for the community and care for their problems. For me it seems like Z8 just want to squeeze every single penny out of this dying cow. New ZP crates, new ZP items, new ZP events every single month, but they can't simply fix their servers. Maybe because they don't intend to.
We all need to understand the fact that the glory times of(2009-2013) won't come back.
A message to all the sheeps out there, ;Please do not buy more zp! -

All I can see now is a game full of hackers and over a year with potato servers, they launch evets, uppdate their market, ask for money and don't give a decent service in return, I won't even go through the pre-made scripts they copy paste on 90% of their replies ,in an attempt to be a lil constructive I think the mods are the only ones trying tbh. did I miss sth?

I'm playing this game for so long and i can tell you there are really few cheaters in public servers, but there are a ton of cheaters in ranked. Problem is a lot of people don't know how cheats/hacks actually works and when is someone destroying you in game you think he is a cheater only because he is better then you. I am witness of this crap when people are saying at least 100 times a day to my friend and me (cheaters, hackers bla bla bla) and we're just laughing on that lack of knowledge. They are doing great job of keeping cheaters out of public servers and that is a good thing. I don't know why but there are a lot of cheaters in ranked which aren't getting banned for whatever reason.

The hackers are playing ranked because of the rewards, while pubbing is just giving you EXP.
I hope that the reason they are not banned is due to the amount of reports being filed every day, abd not because the z8 staff don't review the replays. -
