Server Maintenance - September 4 - 5

Attention Mercenaries,
CFNA will be performing maintenance on our Servers in order to address some issues that have arisen.
The maintenance is scheduled for the following:
Start: September 4, 2014 @ 10:00 PM (EDT)
End: September 5, 2014 @ 4:00 AM (EDT)
Please note that during this time the game will be shut down, and it may affect the Forums and Website.
**Maintenance Details**
- Server Rack Relocation to address resource issues
- Reconfigure Firewall settings

**Update 2014-09-04 @ 10:00 AM EDT**
Due to concerns regarding the ESG competitive matches, we have changed the maintenance times to the following:
Start: September 4, 2014 @ 10:00 PM (EDT)
End: September 5, 2014 @ 4:00 AM (EDT)
**Update 2014-09-05 @ 1:15 AM**
We have opened the Servers and Game for a Network Test. Please note that should any errors occur during this time, we will once again shut down the servers.
**Update 2014-09-05 @ 2:15 AM**
The servers are now working properly, and no issues have arisen. The maintenance has now come to an end.
If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to submit a support ticket!

Oh believe me, it's always longer then stated. Unless this time they over estimated.

My main acc got permanent ban, why?
I know this is not the place to post this issue, but I wonder if this server issue is regarding unjustified bans. Yesterday was playing all afternoon Croossfire, then I shut down the game so I could eat and tried to login via Firefox on Z8 web page and got this message "permanent ban bla bla bla ( by cheats). How can this be if I am a legit player? I could not believe how can Z8 ban a legit player like this, I have sent a ticket. No reply until now. I can not believe have my acc since 2010 no previous bans as I said I am legit, and from nowhere I got this permanent ban? Hope this is a bug. As is the only way I can see how this could happen. Now I had to post this comment in another acc, as can not do trough my main. Please GM or somebody look at this. -
