We've had better patches in the past.
The only item that actually appeals to me is that Gatling Gun Magma, but since I own the original one, a Minimi and the RPK ID, I will most likely not buy anything. If that crate is going to stay (highly doubtful in my opinion), I might try for it someday...
That new Sterling is just a gift to the heavy ZP buyers.
The map looks interesting (mainly because of the time limit until bombardment), but I think it can't keep up long-term fun.
It would also have been nice if you had brought a new GP BM gun (MP5K A4 anyone?).

This is pretty much just a bug fix patch to me.
M4A1-Phoenix;
Already got 4 M4's, don't need a fifth. We're in the dozens now in M4A1's aren't we? Cool skin tho.
Gatling Gun-Magma;
Already got a Gatling Gun and a RPK ID, I rarely use my Gat anymore so I don't want another.
Knuckle-Magma;
Only weapon of the 3 of interest, but I'm not going to buy mega crates for only a melee. Especially since I already have 4 melees.
Temp guns are temp, and if you like them they rarely come back. (VSK, where you go Q_Q?)
New TDM map at least, but most just play the same couple maps for each mode. It will eventually become a rarely played.
How about a perm VSK? I'd love that, it such a fun gun and am deeply annoyed it a rare event temp prize. Or listening to the community on the forums and getting them what you know they'll spend money on, like Kukri VIP? -
Just as I predicted, a small patch.
Looking at a general player view of this patch, it looks like this patch was aimed for ZP Players than everyone else. The new map is decent but at the end of the day, it is a re-skin of 'Ship'. It will most likely get played for 2 weeks then it will die down like all TDM maps do.
Overall, nothing interests me in this patch. I will wait for the next one to come. -

OMG. Can even begin to tell you how much I agree with that. China has it's own servers. Europe does too. South America recently opened up. That still leaves a large hole right around the Middle East. Although I personally think players should be allowed to play any CF they choose, the players native to the CF Region should have some sort of privilege over players from outside countries.
Countries in the territory of North America- United States (#1 always), Canada (Game hosts- the get seconds), Mexico, Bermuda, Greenland, Saint Pierre & Miquelon. That's it. Everything else either is considered part of the Caribbean or Central America. That's not to say they shouldn't be able to play either.
Back to patch- I didn't get any errors; hope the rest of you get yours fixed soon.
New mode is a bit stupid. You just shoot until you're out of ammo, and then knife as fast as you can. No skill really involved because you can't die. I just don't get it. -

I really don't think I am. You have to understand that somewhere there's a huge corporate building with a room full of guys figuring out ways to make more money off of us via this game. And I'm OK with that, as long as they deliver in the quality of the product that they offer. Meaning only hackers here and there, and not on the daily. Meaning continual development to enhance the game and website. This is the 21'st century damnit. If we can send a robot 225 million kilometers (roughly 140 million miles for Americans) through the most dangerous medium in existence, just to check out some cool rocks on Mars, then I think we can also prevent a couple teenagers from screwing around with an online game. -
