Z8games Give the UK a chance PETITION
What I want?
I want Z8games to sell the license or give the license for the UK to CrossFire Europe (or any other method that will allow UK players to play in CrossFire Europe and take part in ESL tournaments)
What is wrong with z8games for the UK?
Well, for a start it's just a hackfest, UK1 right now is 5+ hackers per room, and that's not exaggerating.
Z8games doesn't actually show any support for the UK servers, I mean what actually happens for the UK?
There are no tournaments, no chances at playing anything competitive other than scrim except our player/ community run events such as PUGs.
The servers are bad, or at least were, and I regurlarly noticed, more so in the past than recently. That the NA servers would be quickly fixed, and servers such as UK1, UK4 and the clan server would be down for days or even a weeks at a time.
The servers aren't even in the UK!! So why is it a UK server?
Servers in Germany that are labelled as UK, and prevent UK players from playing the version where we really belong, CF EU. After all the UK is IN EUROPE.
The players from the UK are the ones stuck in the middle here, not allowed to compete at either version just because our country's name is pinned to these servers.
What I like about EU?
Europe has ESL, and that's europe's chance at competitive gaming.
All the major tournaments here specify NA or Canada only..
So, why should UK be denied the chance at competitive gaming?
Why should UK players be stuck in this server...

I know that many UK players agree with me, and would support unblocking from CF EU.
So, what I'm asking players?

I completely agree with you man!!! But yeah forum rules may take place xD
This is a pretty serious issue, and if they really care about the game in general and the players then they would actually read my post rather than just closing it at first sight. -

I think it has a better chance of surviving if we get more replies, I really want to see this happen but I don't know if Z8Games will see our side of it.

I totally agree with u bois!
The User PUGS are atm the only chance of playin competetive.
Atleast we want to change something - we got a facebook group with more than 300 members and comunity teamspeak.
Buy the license or bring the competetive gaming back to Crossfire NA - FOR THE UK SCENE. -

That's pretty much exactly what I thought, everyone deserves their chance at real competitive play. I mean, everyone dreams of being able to go and represent your team or country on the world stage. -
In 2010, Me and my clan were tired of scrimming in E8, so we decided to create the uk3 8 scene. Its population has increased alot, and competition was definently required to keep the community entertained and make them stay. Tyze took the responsebility on him and created a cup called the UK-Cup, that had 20 000 forum views 4 months ago. The UK scene has potential, and NEEDS competition to survive, just like CrossFire in general. I support this post in full.

They should be more worried with the hacking situation right now and then they could work on servers. I don't know why they changed the server to germany anyways. I had 42-47 ping in UK now I have 51-56. -

Thanks Spekk, I agree with everything you said. But that wasn't exactly the point of my post.
I'm asking for UK players (as in people from Britain) to be able to play at CF EU and take part in ESL, because currently we are excluded from all the major NA tournaments AND all the EU tournaments. -

That really sucks...
Now I have better internet it's 22, not so bad, but really..UK servers hosted in Germany? and yet they are still called UK servers? and it's the UK rather than that are blocked from CF EU? -

Want to try the competitive scene on CF EU, see how my skills hold up, bored of playing here nowadays. Although, I would come back from time to time to see friends, it would be great to see all those friends who left me back when CF EU started.

That's part of the problem, so many players from the UK have left the game because really nobody wants to play here.
It's not as if Z8Games are getting new players joining from the UK or making any money from UK players. -

The UK probably makes up under 1% of the players on the UK server, and nearly all of them are competitive players who don't spend any money on pointless ZP weapons.
The UK servers might be profitable, but how is that anything to do with our country? and why should we, the small group of competitive players from the UK be pinned to this server, and be the ones blocked from CF EU.
You may as well name the servers Turkey/Egypt and leave us out of it.
We're just a group of competitive players stuck here because Z8Games don't want to give up the name "UK Servers".
So, tell me how is this backwards?
