Does this ban you for having cheats on while playing the game or having cheats on your computer?

Yah 15 days isn't much, but he's going to miss 4 games out of 8. Their brackets pretty good so once they lose 2 games they're not gonna be able to advance. -

Regardless of whether you were using it DURING the comp or not, you are still a cheater and have no place in any competition. So you cheat to train? Horrible players, should never have to cheat. remember: I FULLY SUPPORT THE OCG'S DECISION TO BAN PLAYERS BASED ON THE FILES ON THEIR COMPUTER THAT ARE NOT ACTIVE
The OCG staff were nice enough to talk to us. I wanted to just give a brief transcript of the important parts of our conversation:
Q&A:
Q: So, what sort of cheats did he have? I'm really rather confused about this whole situation.
A: Your clanmate was actively using cheats during the match. We don't ban anyone without proof.
Q: What exactly did these cheats do?
A: So, if you put a dot in the middle of your screen...with a sharpie, or whatever...it doesn't follow where you point your gun.
Q: Huh? Can you clarify what you mean by that, please?
A: These crosshair cheats (which there were 8 different versions of) put a crosshair on your screen that follows wherever you point your gun.
Q: I agree with your banning of LOGIC for having the cheats on his computer, but can you explain the actions of the first staff member he spoke with?
A: That was incredibly unprofessional of us, and he will be reprimanded / informed for / of his poor conduct.
Q: What I don't understand is that LOGIC has been logging into this AC for weeks now, and has had this "cheat" for months. How has it only recently been picked up?
A: He has only ever logged into the AC one time, and it was during that match. I'm looking at his file right now.
Q: What? We had a match the week before, and we all saw that he was logged in on the "Who's online?" list. Could you explain that?
A: Oh, I see right here. He has logged in three times.
Q: How weren't the cheats picked up then?
A: They were. And so were far worse cheats...I won't give out private data, but you should teamview him. I'll be nice and stick with the 15-day ban, but you should be considered lucky. -
