Ladies. I see your points.... but he has the cheats on there for a reason.
You can be arrested for possession of a gun... whether it was your intention to use it or not is irrelevant..... you have something you shouldn't have on you.
Same principle here. WHY does he have them if he doesnt plan to use them? -

If thats what it says then cool, i really don't feel like reading it right now so i'm not sure what it says.
I feel it shouldn't matter if you have cheats or not unless ocg points out they will ban you if you have any sort of cheat on your pc. -

Thats a LAW
OCG doesn't have a rule on this, (Atleast i don't see it sciming through some of there AC information, and i really don't feel like reading it all as im trying to get ready)
So this is not relevant whatsoever -

Slaya I respect the fck out of you bro, but be realistic here.
You shouldn't have cheats in the first place man.
I am being realistic, I know that having cheats on your PC is just suspect but still. If the cheats aren't being used while playing on the anti cheat then I don't see why it would trigger a ban. It's just silly if you think about it. -

Its basic principle.. im not going on about straight up literal stuff.
He has something he shouldnt have on his pc. If its scanning the files for these cheats then why the hell shouldnt they be banned for having them? -

Because there isn't a RULE on it..
I mean lets be real, i know you shouldn't have cheats on your pc in the first place, but the point i'm trying to make is if you're gonna ban people for this reason, point it out.
Going to get ready for fireworks,
love you giggle -

Then why scan for them? Its a bit of a grey area.
Wait why are you sticking up for people with cheats?
ARE YOU ONE OF THEM!? -

But what about the principle that maybe competitive players should adhere to keeping clean? Like athletes not using performance enhancing drugs? -
we do both ban for hacks on the computer if the hacks is up to date. We also ban people who hack ingame either way, you have hacks. I do not support any kind of hacking. Maybe that is harsh, but I have the authority to ban people for this under my discretion. I don't believe competitive players should have anything hacking/third party on there computer.
My job is to keep my community clean. I will not allow someone to have a hack on there desktop.. then later they use it to bypass the anticheat because I did not take initiative to ban them.... -

Evan why are the bans so random? For example people with "Injections/Hacks" are sometimes banned for 30 days, sometimes 45, sometimes permanent. What's the difference between them?
Some people have bigger cases than others. Therefore someone can have Injector+Hack+Been trying to bypass anticheat by logging off while mid ingame, etc.
Thats the reason some are longer than others. -

2. they said he did + they had in game proof

once again, sports have their own rules. Having/using performance enhancing drugs is against their rules.
Its all about rules and making them clear fellas -

Well I guess then it's the industry's fault for not having a universal rule like say: competitors won't cheat?
