You stated "poor planning". Why was this "poor planning" even allowed to happen? You are a company in a capitalist society, so you have a responsibility to get your customers what they want. I'd like to address this post specifically. The idea of you "lecturing" people on operations is not necessarily appreciated.
The idea of poor planning comes about because we operate with different departments. The department that handles the servers, is different than the ones that handles the payment gateways is different than the one who handles the operation side of the game, is different than the one who handles the game testing or bug reporting etc.
How the problems came about, and the idea of 'poor planning' was caused by a miscommunication between departments. This happens all the time in the real world. It's very difficult to get an entire organization moving at the same speed at the exact same time.
The poor planning came about because it was decided that this could all be accomplished in the same window. When looking back, after the fact, we realize that this should have been handled in separate sections. In fact, bringing together so many people for completely different tasks was part of the problem.
We've admitted to that with the idea of poor planning, but it's not our responsibility to lay out our entire company structure and how we assign tasks or accomplish goals. In the same way that it's not your responsibility to assume you know how to do that.
As far as hackers, servers and free content these things are being addressed constantly. Hackers are continued to be banned, and addressing hacking is always a top priority, and we have a dedicated section of the team who deals with hackers on a 24 hour basis.
The server issues are being addressed, and we have given some explanation here and asked for some trust while we continue to make them more stable.
And finally, there is a lot of free content in the game, more so than many other versions of CrossFire. Not every patch is going to contain a bounty of free content. The developers make the game and send us the content, in some cases we have influence on this, in others we don't. We definitely appreciate all those players who have stuck with the game for this whole time who have 100% of the free content, we expect there to be more new free content for you in the future, but free content is not always going to equal "more guns". There was a new map and mode variant introduced this patch. This was the "free content" this time around. We're sorry that you don't see it as such. -

How on Earth are you going to separate GP gained with the bug from the GP gained in the game and the GP gained from ZP crates? And then separate the new GP gained at BM from GP gained with bug. And how can you assure us that this is legit and that a weapon won in BM is not won from GP won with legit ways of making GP but instead was won with GP won with the bug. OK, you can query the database and retrieve all exp and GP, but when you take weapons and you don't have a clear knowledge that bug GP were the GP that were used to buy that winning crate, well this is just unbelievable and is an abuse.
Money was paid and you will act like this doesn’t care, just because you screwed up.
This thing happen also in the past, when you had a bug that had given users incredible amounts of GP (I know of a case of 9 MIL GP given) and after that you have realised the mistake you took all the items won, all the GP including all the GP that the user had before the bug. Nice job.
I’m just curious how you can demonstrate that what was won was done with the GP from bug. And even you are totally careless about your users and still proceed to doing this I hope ZP and BP legality purchased and won would be given back.
Here a tip to solve the problem: Retrieve all the exp won and put the amounts of GP on minus. -

But in reality people would rather just quit or start a new one than repay it cause its a pretty big amount to repay just by playing and not paying. (and if ur gonna use zp to repay it wouldnt u rather use it to get zp guns on another acc then to repay the gp box or item shop weapons? ) -

Because people who dont play in matches wont come up on the result, they are tracking the games played not somone in black market..
Well simply because people who don’t play in matches wont come up on the query result(s), they are tracking on clan server.
They can tell if the black market gun was won with the clan bug or not. Each item from the outcome is recorded and viewable by the game managers. If a user (in this case) had 2,000 GP and 90,000 GP from the bug ( a total of 92,000) and then buys crates, lets say he wins on crate 9, this would obviously be the GP gained from the clan war thus the gun is removed. If you had your own 2,000 GP it would count for the 1st crate not the 9th one in.

It will be impossible for me to give the steps here first, without giving up potential ways that we're going to track this in order to determine it.
From the sounds of it, if we gave you the ways we were going to track the trends then you would be first in line to find a way to abuse it.

Long Server Maintenance and Back-End billing upgrade
What is it?
This week we had an extended maintenance to implement a back-end billing system upgrade.
Why did we do it?
The reason we did this was to better be able to distribute ZP to our customers and fans. We also have better tracking and more functions and abilities to give out ZP and deal with points in general. In short, it's a more efficient system.
What happened?
Our website has over 35 Payment gateways (paypal, karma koin etc) in order to service as many people as possible. This is, to say the least, non standard. Most companies and publishers only have 1-2 which can exclude people and players.
Each of these payment gateways needed to be integrated into our system. Our technical teams worked nearly 24 hours straight to achieve these however this was poorly planned with a game update and compounded server issues which we are seeing now.
What can we expect?
At current the system is now functioning, however there are a few payment gateways that are unavailable, in addition there will be some expected delays when using surveys.
We don't expect many lingering issues with this integration and by this time next week everything should be sorted. If you do experience a delay on a payment or notice that something is unavailable, just give us time to finish the integration and everything will be working correctly soon.
June Game Update
What is it?
The June Update had a huge casual update with the new EMD Lab. In addition to the map there are updates to the Black Market, slaughter tickets and new zombie mode rewards. We will have patch notes coming soon.
Why did we do it?
Because the game gets updated each month with new content!
What happened?
Due to poor planning on our end, the new back-end updates were planned at the same time as the game maintenance. The intention was to have a simple extended maintenance, however things started to compound and quickly turn into major problems.
Once the servers are able to go live, we released them so that we can help please the people who were impatiently waiting to play. However we noticed server instabilities which were causing what people think are "bugs". Please note that most of the 'bugs' with the patch are directly related to the server instabilities.
What can we expect?
As a result of the problems from the update, we didn't get a chance to do the fun things we normally do. Patch events, giveaways, patch notes, visual spoiler etc.
This is all still going to be released. Next week we'll have visual spoilers, plus a plan for events and some great things coming.
Server Problems
Server problems are caused by a number of factors. Some of them are easy solutions, some of them are more difficult.
Over the last 3-4 months we have been experiencing some server issues that have been out of our immediate control. What this means is that the servers have been acting poorly, and we have not been able to determine a solution for the problem until recently.
It has taken many weeks of work and communication with a variety of people. We have implemented a lot of stuff on the back end, groundwork by moving databases, servers and other things. And the end result is that we're going to be finishing our long server maintenance sessions next week with the final upgrades to the system which should prevent the unnecessary downtime we have seen in the last 3-4 months.
We would really like to ask that our users trust the work that we're doing behind the scenes. After the last couple extended maintenance's, we are in a position to implement the final checks and improvements. And by this time next week we should be looking at a much improved much more stable service.
Please note that most of the 'bugs' users are experiencing in game are directly related to the server status.

for god sake look for the errors first omg if it was exp or gp who cares its not zp! just fix that god dam it errors that comes every seconde!!! GOD pfff -
And for god sake also exp doesnt have to be removed but the gp exp is nuthing its just experience points that doesnt give experience thats mean he well remain noob so dont wast on nuthing just concetrate on main problems like servers get down every hour for example that made hundreds quit the game! And gp u may concetrate about it also because u win wepons and gp crats {which i dc about any way its just stubid wepons } but dont wast your time i mean just delet the bugg and move on
its a game!! God what loyalty pff exp and gp in game not in life so move on so what exp and some gp what no one well die omg. If it was zp i would understand because zp is with muny and there is no right any one take it free but gp and exp is nuthing to care about imagine some one put a 4 ak fury in hes all 4 bagg and got lot of exp and gp in one game what diff.
