2nd i didn't get what you said about VIP but my questions is....If i used bug & i bought the VIP during the "bug" time do i lose it with the EXP i earned from "bug"???

As a person that has done some coding I perfectly understand the situation Z8 is in, but Z8 is a company with many faithful followers, should you guys should of probably should of taking more precautions to prevent such things from happening. As a professionals you shouldn't goof like this.
Oh wells at least you guys are trying to improve and you guys are honest when you screw up.
Good luck managing the future patches and other improvements. -

You stated "poor planning". Why was this "poor planning" even allowed to happen? You are a company in a capitalist society, so you have a responsibility to get your customers what they want. Don't tell me "poor planning", I don't give a damn what your excuse is, just give me the results. If you can't give me results because of whatever bureaucratic reason that you may want to throw at me, then you deserve nothing more than to go bankrupt and sell the company.
"Trust you"? What other choice do we have? Throw QQ threads art your house? Pfff.
I don't think I need to remind you of: Hackers, servers, free content. -

I need some explanation.
So here's what i've been thinking about: I admit i used tthe bug like 2-3 times BUT we only did that because you just couldn't find ONE clanwar where the oposing team didn't leave in the half of the game! And as far as i know the clan that stays doesn't even get a win when the entire opposing team leaves.
Also i bought like 3 GP weapons with the bug(it worked out quite well the times i tried it
I know i shouldn't have but regarding to what i said earlier in my post you might understand me)
but now what concerns me the most is that i won a DE camo during the bug but i won this with LEGIT GP but when i won this i also had some 'bug' GP on my acc will my DE camo be removed? (I hope not cause i spon lik ee120 crates on it with LEGIT GP)
