Saidin, correct me if i'm wrong but you're telling me it might take as long as a week before the zp i purchased using paysafecard will finally show up on my account? I already checked the codes with paysafe and the codes are useless/ used.
I'm baring with Z8 and the current issues as well as the past issues however this just isnt right. Will people be compensated for this?
You shouldn't have to wait that long. We're looking in to PSC specifically because you aren't the only one to report this issue.
I would say that we're looking to have the entire site and functions working 100% by the end of next week. But I don't think you should have to wait that long to receive your points.
On the off chance that this in fact does happen (an extended wait time), we'll be looking at the best possible way to compensate for the excessive time. Because you are correct in that it is not right. -

No, what I'm telling you is that if you want to get 70k ZP there should be no problem. However if there is a problem, please contact support. Records will be there and points can be awarded. And if we discover a problem we can fix it.
From what we are seeing some issues are individual, and not system related. But we want to make sure that there are no system-wide problems or payment gateway problems. So if this happens to you (as you describe it) please contact us so we can a) give you the points and b) figure out how to fix anything that might be wrong. -

All what u can do on some patch is make more and more bugs..

This sounds nice! Recently I have only about an hour to play and it always ends up with a server disconnection. This sounds really good. BTW My friend loves to CW and since I told him about the bug, he is kind scared that he will be banned because the bug happened 2 times to him (unknowingly) and he got about 175k GP. He didn't do this on purpose and he actually sent in a ticket about it. But he spent it on crates and won 2 guns. Will they be removed and will he be banned? -

Yeah Saidin I bought 100.000 ZPs by BoaCompra and did not received them yet, when it`s normally takes about 1 hour to be delivered in my account. I complaint about it at BoaCompra Support and they told me there is a problem with payment issues and they can not deliver my order (zp) because, CrossFire Game is still in maintence.

Saidin what about the west cost server... The west cost server has been giving a lot of people lag issues. Everyone spikes a lot and the ping increase by like 40 for some. It is not internet issues because on the other servers nothing changed and its not only happening to me. Almost everyone I know in West Coast server has this issue. I use to have 5-9 ping now I have 51 ping and it spikes to 100 often. It is really annoying seeing people lag jump and teleport. Its been going on for at least 2 months now. Please let me know if you guys are working on this... The server been way more inactive then usual because of this.
