Because you don't need an EQ to be good, it just helps.I have an intergrated sound card with no eq, and they call me rack in pub. One question why???

My old headphones are kind of broken so I am thinking of getting this pair http://www.sony.co.uk/product/hpo-classic/mdr-zx100/reviews#tab . I know they are cheap as I don't want to spend more than 20 quid on headphones which I only use for gaming :P Have a look and tell me what you think about them. I have no idea about all the stereo and 5.1 sound stuff so it's all up to you Thanks -

Image is a little too small to see any detail, but you probably don't need to change anything else baring the sliders.will i set it up the same like realtek? and if it is what should i do in the bottom thingies?

Here's my advice.
GR - Either learn to pinpoint or find a place where you're hard to get (like vents in Lab) and just watch your teammates. Eventually a ghost will run and attempt to attack them and kill them. Helping out the team is always a good thing. I do this usually when I don't have headphones on. Also, you may think you're pro and got skills, but sniping in GM is annoying. Stick to a silenced weapon. Shotguns are what I prefer but they can get annoying if you spray.
BL - To kill hackers, you don't need to bhop. Most of them hack because they suck. Just because they can see you doesn't mean they can aim. Rush them and strafe side to side. They will eventually RQ because they still suck. -

I suppose camping in vent + watching nearby team mates can work if you don't have headphones or even speakers, but you'll have to keep constant eye out as they can come from behind without you realising.should i change any slides from the bottom ones? and btw thanks 4 the EQ settings , works perfectly

When I did the equalizer it made me sound weird when I talked on things. Is there a way to fix that?
Are you using Realtek or Equalizer APO?
For Realtek just click the guitar icon, as seen in the picture below:
For APO, you just need to disable it so follow these below.
To Disable:
To disable the EQ (turn back to normal audio) open Config.txt and change Include: gmeq1.txt to Include: none.txt and you're back to normal.
To Enable:
To re-enable the EQ audio, simply change Include: none.txt to Include: gmeq1.txt and boom! Done. -
My Siberia Steel series V2 wasn't one of the headphones that u recommended, but do they still work good for ghost mode? I'm not sure about the surround thing. It would really help to have surround sound in ghost mode for me so I wounder if I should download a equalizer or don't my Siberia Steel Series V2 don't support that surround thingy? Right now I can't hear where the ghosts comes from with my headset.

Siberia V2's are great for ghostmode. My #1 choice for crossfire, especially ghostmode and s and d. As for surround sound, i'm pretty sure anything with a 3.5mm headphone jack won't have true surround sound, although you can have virtual surround sound.
My suggestion to you is to simply play with your equalizer to about what is posted on this thread, it will help. Many call it cheap, but it really does help. -

When I installed the equalizer, I took all the devices and installed the equalizer on, is that right? or shall I just install it on one or two devices?
You confusing the hell out of me....
Shouldn't the equalizer simply affect whatever is set as the default sound output? ie: If you have music playing through your computer speakers then the eq will affect that, whereas if you have headphones in then it'll affect the headphones. That's how my equalizer works. -
