XTrap Error fixes and Data Collection

1- I uninstalled my antivirus
2- I added and removed crossfire as an exception (both doesn t work)
3- I disabled the firewall
the weird thing that it was working few days ago and suddenly after few disconnection while playing, it doesn t wanna work again. It s always showing the xtrap error with the code 05-0400-00000-523 (close any...)

Sorry i am posting here was unable to Send PM to You. i am unable to post from my main account so i use my friend's account.
i submitted 3 tickets, and 2 forum posts in last 3 days no response from Z8 managements and moderators, this never happened before always i got reply within 24 hrs but this time it has been around 4 days, please see through these ticket issues

they banned My main VIP account, and i do not know how to satisfy z8 that i do not use any hack. think by your self why would i sacrifice a vip account on which i spent more than 300 $ (i have ak fury and beast both)
put your self in my place and think would you sacrifice a VIP account on some stupid hack?
why with fury i have ability to save my records then why would i hack?
please bro see through this matter. any time you admins want to inspect my laptop you are most welcome, come through team, i am not a computer geek but this is the best i can offer to clarify my position

gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggthe GM closed my thread, i just wanted to say that im not concern about the detected file, instead am concern about the hacks that bypassed the x-trap. Its just unfair to others who are innocent and being a victim of those people who used hacks to kill those innocent or newb people. -
i fixed myne problem with this error code,,,,at this page http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=96897 ..................i puted to antivirus exlusion list crossfire folder....and after that i downloaded the ccleaner ,the free version and i pushed the button anylize to ccleaner,after that the buton run ccleaner,,,,and delete the files that ccleaner says to you,,,,walaaaa

Nope, Brand new laptop/Fresh game file

*Yes, I did.
Have you tried disabling the virus program during installation and running of the game?
* Yes I disabled the virus protection, spyware protection, system guards, and my firewall.
I have played the fully updated version once, and now every time I want to play it tries to update, nothing happens then the X-trap and HGW pop up they dont do anything. It freezes. I've reinstall the game 4 times, still didn't work!. -

I've tried every single possible solution, but it either freezes on the Xtrap patches, or I get the Xtrap error 08-0400-00000000-515

This solution doesnt work for everyone.
At my windows vista laptop it still doesnt work.
And its no solution for the windows xp user..they never had a problem with "freeze" or download..only the x trap error arrives and nobody knows how to handle it:S -

yes but still stops at 535k and won't further load beyond that point
