Reality Gaming Ghost Mode Draft

Starting Saturday July 14th Reality Gaming will be hosting Ghost Mode drafts at 8pm EST. The drafts will be staffed by Mark (Chub), Zachary (Vatav), and Oscar (Charky), with the head of staff being Matt.

The rule set for the drafts are as followed:


OVERALL ACCEPTED CHARACTER GEAR
GP Only Characters (Swat, SAS, OMOH)
EXP+/GP+ Items of any variety are allowed.
Cosmetic gear is allowed. (IE; Pumpkin Head)
All Sprays & Namecards are allowed.
C4 Speed Plant/Defuse is allowed.
Extra Bags (3 & 4) are allowed.
Knife is the only melee weapon allowed.
(This applies to both BL and GR teams)

GLOBAL RISK ACCEPTED GEAR
Expanded Grenade Slots are accepted.
Extended Magazines - All are allowed
Frag Grenades - Regular Only
Flash Grenade
Smoke Grenades - Regular Only

Language

• No excessive trolling, any multiples of screen shots through out the game of racist, plain rude, or threatening text will result in a DQ.
• Team Stacking IS allowed since i know your going to do it anyway.
• No hackusating unless you got legitimate proof that someone is hacking. We Don't want to have to search through someone's computer through TV and pause the draft for no reason.
• Follow the silver rule: Don't got something nice to say, don't say it at all.

Rosters

• Rosters will consist of a maximum of 5 players
• Teams must have all 5 players present in order to start a half.

Not following the rules will lead to disqualification for you and your team. Repeated offense may lead to a ban.

Plus, if you're decent at gm, you should be able to kill gr players easily without bdown.

B-down was allowed because it would be a hassle for the staff to check each and every screenshot of each player to see if they actually had B-Down or not. It's easier to put it on the rule set than actually doing it.

Instead of having to teamview, make everyone record at 10fps with either fraps or bandicam. At 10 fps, nobody will lag. And it will be better for everyone, less time to check for cheats and nobody will cheat.

I feel like at any time, someone should be allowed to request someone take a screenshot and post it here on the thread or on their comment in vent if they think the person is wearing armor or is cheating. Refusal to take the screenshot or post it should result in the same punishment as the suspected rule they were breaking?

We thought about putting a rank requirement but decided not to put it in because there would be no need to. The reason being that there is no need to is because if one were to cheat in one of the drafts they would be disqualified and repeated offenses would lead to an IP ban from vent and vent in necessary to participate in the draft.

We'll keep this in mind and see if we should implement it. The reason being that we haven't implemented this immediately is because there will be people who will try to abuse this and ask people left and right for a SS. If the person looks completely obvious then the opposing team can go to the Help&Support section and call in one of the staff members to observe the rest of the match and see if the accused is actually cheating. But like i said before, we'll keep it in mind.

Actually you just continuing this is going to ruin this thread mainly because I won't stop replying. I do not care about your opinion and I will probably never will. I will make my thread whenever I want to, it's a preview silly goose. Go post somewhere where someone will care about you.

Well this argument is an argument between 5-year olds. Tyler, it's common sense that you shouldn't be advertising competition on the thread of your competitor. Look at what Z8 does, if there is a thread about Combat Arms they delete the thread immediately because it can lead to people migrating from this game to Combat Arms. Same goes for Drafts, Matt ( Executive of RG) doesn't want you to post in his thread because it is bad for business. Now to stop this needless argument, just create your own thread and make it bigger and better if you like. Now, like i said before, the argument ends here before both of you make bigger fools out of yourselves then what you already are.
